As I am claustrophobic my doctor requested an MRI at the European Scanning Centre. The day after I had the MRI I was contacted by them saying that the radiologist needed a few more images to do a complete report. This did not made much sense but I went anyway. It turned out that they had not read the request by my doctor properly, and had to complete the MRI. The tried to say that the request was not complete when the technician saw it but I saw the request , it was all in the same page, they couldn't miss it. Even though I had to travel for hours, they did not offer any apology, they rather seemed annoyed that I insisted on asking why they had not completed the work the day before
After a couple of weeks went by, with no news of my results, my doctor's secretary contacted them. It appears that they had sent the results to some other doctor in the hospital but were going to send them again, to the right place. They still took their time, but eventually I got the results. What they did do immediately was to contact me by email to ask payment for the excess that my insurance company didn't cover. I will make sure I am never refer to them again.

30 mins behind schedule, radiologist was in a hurry to get home and gave really poor outcome with little explanation as to what he d done or what next steps were. He was as personable as my shoe. I d suggest noone pays to come here, there are much better imaging centres around with better service.

I turned up for my PET/CT scan appointment, having taken the day off work at considerable cost and inconvenience, they sat me there for 10 minutes while presumably they worked out what to say to me, then told me my appointment was cancelled for the day.

Unprofessional utter shower. To be avoided.

I was referred to this centre by the Samedaydoctor GP surgery around the corner. Had a chest CT. They found my Tracheomalacia which my NHS GP, NHS pulmonologist and countless A&E doctors missed. After six months of hell, Samedaydoctor and The European Scanning Centre diagnosed me in less than a week.

Excellent facilities for all sorts of body scanning, including MRI's CT's, all in relaxed surroundings. Lie their and watch the fishes swim around! Very friendly and amenable staff. You would go along way to find its equal

This imaging centre is professional and helpful but the star of the show is Sharn. When needing my scan for an appointment she obliged with alacrity and kindness. This amazing woman organised my requirements in minutes and despite being closed did not hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure I had my documents . It is Sharn who ensures this establishment is awarded 5 stars.

Everyone treated me very well, since the appointment to the exam.

Easy to book an appointment, happy to take my money. After waiting 3 days with no feedback whatsoever, I have had to call them EVERY DAY for the last 4 working days to ask for my results to be sent to me.They have refused to give me the name of a responsible person to complain to.....so I am resorting to writing a negative review here. SHOCKINGLY POOR SERVICE FOR SUCH AN EXPENSIVE PRIVATE FACILITY.

Sank into worn seat in waiting room. I think they need to order new chairs to match up to five-star comfort claim.

Technician wearing mask that was falling apart in unventilated room. To be fair the staff were polite and probably would have resolved mask if I'd mentioned.

Unresponsive to email request to resolve query about how I was instructed to stand for EOS scan (different to published scientific literature). I would appreciate an explanation on this point in particular.

The administrative side of this place is terrible ! They charged the cost of an MRI on my card ( without me being present) without advising me before they were going to do it . Claiming that they couldn t find a valid health insurance claim number . Rather than calling me before to give me the chance to work out the issue . The finance woman was extremely rude , patronising and unapologetic. Not to mention unprofessional. I would not recommend this scanning centre .

This centre deserves zero stars (however there was no such option on Google).

Appalling service. They have cancelled by appointment on two separate occasions leaving me in excruciating pain for the past 3 weeks. They can't appear to get their MRI machine in working order.

Do NOT use this outfit. Go Medserena Upright MRI Centre,, 114a Cromwell Rd, Kensington, London SW7 4ES instead.
