I bought 3 chandeliers by Eurofase last year and I was happy with that purchase. Again Last week I bought 4 flushmounts 22942_012 and a chandelier. This time I am put off by some of the parts and quality. Inside parts are cheeply made and the quality is very bad. The Crystal on one of the flushmount wasn't glued properly and it fell off from the base. The chandelier (Coroto 6 lights 26244_013) missing a crystal. I am not happy with this purchase very disappointed. I will think twice before I purchase anything from euroface again.

As an electrician I always prefer installing Eurofase product. Not only do their products stand out from the rest but their customer service is better than anyone I've dealt with. Would definitely recommend.
I had bought a Eurofase Dakota Collection bathroom fixture because I liked the design. While changing a bulb, I accidentally dropped one of the glass covers. I contacted Eurofase about a replacement and it was sent out almost immediately no questions asked aside from where to ship it to. I will happily buy their light fixtures in the future with this type of novel design and customer service.
Terrible customer service. Bought a very large chandelier and after unpacking it, found that it had 1 damaged crystal and 2 missing crystals. I drove over to their location in the hopes of picking up the missing pieces, and was given a run-around that was so bad, that I ended up shipping the fixture back. Condescending, unaccommodating, and completely uninterested in satisfying the customer.
Picked up a new, (unopened, but secondhand) Eurofase fan that was purchased at Lowes. Fan makes sporadic buzzing/vibrating noise. Contacted Eurofase support via their website about getting replacement parts, but didn't get a response. Giving one star cause the fan looks nice.
Sent an email asking to missing part shipped (even offered to pay for the S&H), no response, so disappointing. Unfortunate, but will have to return product to retailer.
