Fantastic day went to the Hills Bulls Sports Lunch over 300 people having a great day.

We go there sometimes for a steak always good.They also have a play area for the children.

Very unhygienic and the food is too greasy the children s play area is unsupervised so you have to watch your own children and most chairs, tables and the ground is just covered in old food very unhygienic

This place is crazy on the weekends and there is a serious need for 'floor' staff on the weekends. Kids are running uncontrollably wild and creating an unsafe environment. No one there to police the rules.when I complained the response I got "I tried to tell the" not good enough in my books.
Food was ok just wish all meals ordered came out at once. I see the environment they are trying to achieve..... just not there yet.

Saw the best Aussie band called The Field Brothers. Great f & b and didn't get into a fight.

Had a wonderful meal last week with the a nice glass of wine.

I'd suggest giving it a go, with the great outdoor dining area. Good facilities for the younger ones too.

Went with my friends from Manila. Upgraded the courtyard a few years ago, now staring to be a bit messy. Food is still good as before. Can't go wrong with $12 steals. Still a good family place to visit.

Not an enjoyable evening at all. I got lost and came in through the kitchen, a BIG mistake. It was disgusting and consequently I was there all night and would not eat anything. Had to dodge vomit to get to the gents where someone was also vomiting. Tables weren't cleared and staff while not unfriendly didn't seem to want to be there: fancy that! Will never go back. A shame I had to give it one star.

We celebrated our daughters 18th birthday With a party of over 120 guests on Saturday night .
Lisa and her staff where absolutely fantastic from the very first day we went in to enquire about the possibility of holding the party there.
They helped and advised us through every step of the way .
The package we chose was unbelievable and left us with nothing to worry about leading up to the event and on the night of the party .All we did was bring the birthday cake and have a stress free memorable night together with friends and family.
The room was decorated beautifully ,the atmosphere was perfect ,the DJ was accommodating ,the photographer was fantastic ,the food was delicious and way more than we expected and all the staff including our host ,the bar staff and security all did their job to keep everyone safe and happy .We highly recommend Ettamogah to anyone looking for a great venue .

Nice and quiet on a Monday night atmosphere is nice for the family.

I went for a casul meet up for my cousins birthday. It was a bust Saturday. Hiwever tge staff were attentive and service was as fast as possible. One of the organisers from the party had orderd a couple of platters. These were bought out promptly after main guest had arrived. The platters were tasty and offered a good range of product on each. I saw other groups with platters as well and they all looked good. The bistro food also looked good. It is a great place to take kids as there is a wide range of activities for thwm. I did however find the cost of soft drinks a bit high.

Good atmosphere. Food is ok. Came out very quick. Friendly staff. Nice neighbourhood. Came here for a quick beer and a feed. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I had a great night at this hotel , fantastic food, great service, great drinks live music, the Ettalong will be forever remembered as the manager gave me 2 wine glasses with the Ettalong written on them proudly in my home bar

The food was delicious. I usually stick to a mainly plant based style of eating and there were lots of options (not just chips and mash) I tried the vegetarian parma - minus the cheese - and it was super crunchy on the out side and soft in the middle - eggplant yumminess! Such big serves that I needed a takeaway container ($1 for a cardboard box, yay for no plastic! Another big tick). Fast and fresh

Bit expensive for pub food. But Pork rib was soft and nice.

Ordered the godfather pizza. Terrible is an understatement. Had to wait 25-30 mins for it to be ready and it was cold and inedible. Food is usually really good so I was somewhat surprised the pizza was so bad.

Amazing place to relax, you will get Good wines, variety of beers and good food,

Great playground for kids but the food was completely overpriced.
70 dollars for 2 schnitzels and a kids meal is a bit much for pub food.
Keep going to Rouse Hill for better food at better prices.

place is always packed on weekends, but usually has a lot of entertainment going on, food can be decent but have had some average meals on occasions, still its a good place to catch up, live bands are on regularly

Food was expensive and just OK. $5 for soda water is a bit steep as well...

Great atmosphere and lovely food. Adding some more variety in cocktail range would be perfect and a properly trained bartender.

Friend's son celebrate his birthday here on a Sunday. It was busy and hard to find a parking spot. But the finger foods were surprisingly good when comparing to places like Monkey Mania or Chipmunks.

Had lamb shanks and pork ribs. Cooked to perfection the meat fell of the bone.

My brother s birthday fell on a Monday this year, however that didn t stop us partying! Thanks to the staff and the manager who worked last night, I know the last thing you expected on a Monday was 30+ young adults crowding up your venue, but the food, drinks and service was better than we expected. Shout out to the bartender who make the best cocktails for us all night!

Food is pretty awful and overpriced. The playground is good however there are some driving games right near the exit so you need to keep a constant eye on the younger kids as they may walk straight out into the car park.

I took my kids here on a Sunday, it was such a great atmosphere, something my kids and myself would be able to remember for the rest of our lives. Everything your kids would ever want. If you want to review their food, well food was fantastic, but you may have to wait in a huge queue.

Nice pub with good beer and also nice play area with jumping castle for kids..

Friendly staff, cold beers, a more then decent dining menu, a good coffee shop, breakfast and excellent wood fired pizza. What more could you ask for? This is a good, unpretentious, a little rough round the edges suburban pub.

The kids love the lamb shanks, pizza and cake and dessert options. Coupled with rock climbing facilities and weekend live music makes for a nice evening out.

Would get 5 stars if I didn't think the food was priced slightly higher than it should be and if the food consistently came out on time.

Recommend ordering early if its busy as the lines get longer and food takes longer than would be expected. Would definitely go back.

Steak was a bit tough for 3 out of 4 of us. Good service though.

Very noisy, but we sat inside and the kids went and played. Food was a little overpriced and I'm really not keen on premix lemon lime and bitters (if your bar can't mix LLB, why are they working bar?) But in general it was a wonderful afternoon with friends. Nice range of menu choices, and the tapas plate was fantastic.

A decent bar with a plenty of open air seats and pizza is freshly made. There is an oven specially for pizza. Good for gathering and events. Rating is for the ambiance and cleanliness, unfortunately I didn't get a chance to taste the food hence couldn't rate the rest of it.

Etta's the local watering hole, multiple areas indoors & outdoors, good events & good food as well. Great for families

Good pub , large and airie. Good crowd with plenty of visible security. Definitely a pub you need to come with a large number of people (yep, it's that kind of place).

Good pub fare. They have specials on pretty much all week. $10 pizza Friday nights.

Staff were oh behind the bar and food counters. Friendly from those I interacted with.

Decided to book Christmas Day lunch at a venue for myself and partner to avoid preparation and clean up. Chose Ettamogah Hotel. Glad I did. Venue was beautifully decorated, great range of food, and the staff service was to die for. Congratulations to management, staff and organisers. Will certainly make Christmas Day lunch at the Ettamogah a yearly event to look forward to.

Only difference from other pub is large area, all food options, large outdoor kids playing area.

We had an end of soccer season drinks here. The service was great. Except the line up for the food was long so we opted for the Pizza as they came out much faster. Was still tasty pizza.

Ordered a T-bone steak, i wasnt that impressed, especially with the price being $36, id expect something far better, I should've gone to Outback Steakback

Food is definitely not worth the money + where the salad side husband was upset bowni know y we don't go for food and only kids play expensive

Wonderful family atmosphere and lots of space. Very busy on weekends.

It was terrible. We waited over two hours for 7 meals, 3 of which came out cold and virtually inedible. One of the 3 was the wrong meal. Never got the entrees that we ordered either. Recommend never eating here and will certainly never going back.

Great food and atmosphere but sooo loud with kids parties and long wait in line to order food and coffee, but it was the saturday before fathers day

Great lunch specials and very family friendly atmosphere.

We had a joint baby shower and 2 year old birthday for our kids there and the kids loved it. Plenty of activity for them The food was decent too... Pizza and various plates. Was a bit expensive though hiring the space and the food couldn't come out quick enough to feed everyone. We had a party of 50 (both adults and kids). Though a costly experience once you factor in all the entertainment it provided the kids like jumping castle, petting zoo, playground, rock climbing (for an extra cost), if was worth it in the end. I don't know any other venue that has this much free entertainment! We went on a Sunday at it was extremely busy but they tried their best to take care of us. Thanks Etta.

Great place for family and friends to enjoy nice food

We drove past this pub today & saw a huge sign saying $15 Seafood Basket on Fridays . Seeing it was Friday - we did a U-Turn & pulled in with our hungry Toddler in tow.
When we tried to order this special we were told that it was not valid today as it was Good Friday (isn t this a good day for such a special?). We explained to the female manager that there is a huge sign on the highway advertising this special and there is nothing that says not valid today for Good Friday or even public holidays. She was adamant that they were not going to go honour their advertised special even when I explained the
notion of customer service and that she has lost us, our family & friends as customers for life. We will never recommend this pub and never go back.

Terrible experince, got kicked for bumping into someone making our group of 10, 11 for a split second and got kicked out without any warning not allowed to finish drinks or food. Do not go here the staff is rude and show no respect

So, it s a Wednesday night at the ettamogah for a friends birthday to have a few drinks, nothing crazy. Decided to have a couple of shots for the birthday girl AFTER a big meal. A security guard thought he would cut us off. At no time were we drunk, at no time were we rowdy, falling over, stumbling. We simply wanted a few shots for a friends birthday. Extremely let down by this experience.

Won't recommend the place as staff is arrogant and not friendly. Service was poor and not worth the money.
