Too much people .... Needed to queue to go in any shop

Famous department store in Paris, but often crowded with tourists.

Overwhelming shopping mecca I bought my Pandora charm there but left behid the 300 parfum...beyond words stained glass dome roof...and the view from roof terrace make it a must see...especially Christmas

a very nice tourist place where you can share with your nephew son grandchildren in short even I am transported to that dumb fantasy

Shopping center with a beautiful Christmas tree in the center. There is an observation deck on the roof.

The establishment is pretty but the service is poor. I am the only customer in front of a cashier who pretends to be busy so as not to serve me. Even a turtle would be more efficient than their staff.

Shopped at the store yesterday, very disappointed on the overall experience, the workers are very rude and cold. We liked a Pair of shoes, but there was no one working aththe counter, the next counter sales told us to come back in 1 hour, which we did, still no one can help us! Consider this is a luxury department store, this is not acceptable. Will not come to this place again.

If you want to find luxurious and expensive brands, you're on the right place. There are some stores like disney, chanel, D&G, Dior, etc. Make sure to go to the rooftop and have a pleasuring view from there! You can see opera garnier and the whole city from there.
And if you're going for shopping don't forget to searc for coupons and go to the concierge department to get some discounts.
The place has good infrastructure and it's very easy to find the stores you're looking for.

A great department store with a large selection of many brands. The glass dome is amazing and from the platform on the roof you have a wonderful view of Paris. The visit is free and a must do with every visit to Paris.

Huge Lafayette galleries with all the brands present, the windows outside are magnificent and the Christmas tree is majestic.

A typical place in Paris comparable only to Rinascente in Milan or Harrods in London. Big brands for big wallets. The view over the Parisian roofs from the rooftop terrace is beautiful.

Beautiful department store. Way too expensive stuff, but worth a visit and especially around Christmas.

Huge shopping store. Many people there. And very expensive.

Bad service, unfriendly staff and very long wait. The white wine was lukewarm, the table wobbly and the music bad. We are disappointed vs our expectations and the price. The meal was however very good but the price excessive.

Christmas magic with windows and huge Christmas tree under the dome!

One of the most beautiful malls I've ever been to. When you go to Paris you definitely have to visit this mall. while many of the items will be out of the average consumers price range it's still really cool to see how many things they have and the wide variety of products that they sell. It's truly a beautiful Mall

Special concept but we were so cold this Saturday evening that it spoiled the party a little. Gregory, the manager is very professional and has often been concerned about our comfort.

Beware of prices: remember to compare with the prices in luxury boutiques in Paris ... but, during promotional periods or with vouchers / reduction cards, that can be fine.

What can I say about this emblematic store in Paris. The beauty of the place is enough in itself.

A very interesting shopping center, you find a variety of stores. When you arrive, it seems that it is from those shops where they inflate the prices for the square, in reality everything is in the range of any other square.

On the 7th floor you find souvenir shops, they are of good quality, a little more expensive than those you find on the street, but surely the quality justifies it.

The top floor is a terrace for taking panoramic photos.

They had us wait in line even though there was free tables which were already cleaned. When we finally got seated, they claimed they didnt serve coffee or hot drinks anymore. This was ridiculous, it was late afternoon. They should have a sign at the entrance so you dont have to wait a half an hour for nothing

I visiter Disneystore in Galleries Lafayette - and I was very excited about it. They have always a lot of amazing stuff, the casts are really sweet as well, I always feel almost like at home there.

None of those coming to Paris as a rule will pass by this famous store. And it is absolutely right! Because there is everything! For example, I like watches. This has a beautiful ceiling that is world famous. Absolutely gorgeous in December with the Christmas tree which changes every year. Can't get enough. Always come here during my trips. Secret. Go upstairs to the room. You can see all of Paris and there's a restaurant!

They are magnificent luminous galleries, immense of store turned more in the products of luxuries, with affordable prices for some more than others, one can come there also to visit, that remains pleasant in spite of the number of tourists present inside which is huge, the galleries keep their charm but coming to shop there is no longer really a pleasure or not as pleasant as you might think compared to other stores in Paris. There is no longer the "Parisian" side here.
