This place is only good if you have a huge bank account
Huge, expensive and a treat for window shoppers. :-D
Fantastic place. Loved it. Many brands. Windows are all ready displaced for Christmas. They are absolutely beautiful. Will vist again for sure.
Fascinate and imposing. The imperious store place that must be visited
all you can buy here and tax refund are very convenient for customers
We ate a ham and wine at the Spanish restaurant on the first floor for lunch, and the owner spoke Japanese in a nutshell, and bought a freshly baked omelet for take-out. Everything was delicious. After that, I used the toilet at the back of the third floor. It was free, clean and free.
As always there the magic of Christmas is present in department stores, even without making a purchase, the pleasure of the eyes is immense between the decor and the quality of the items offered ...
Gigantic. The prices also for some things and others it's worth them.x
The food isn't perfect but still pretty decent. However, you shouldn't go there mainly for the taste but for the decor and view
It is a must in Paris for both shops and architecture.
You can find everything there, from luxury brands to items at more affordable prices.
Ideal for finding original gifts!
In addition we find on the top floor one of the most beautiful views of Paris and that's free!
Expensive designer shops not a place for the men, nice Christmas tree though
Pierre Herme is amazing. this shop is A nice place but not as good as the flag pastry shop.
I have never dealt with a customer service that was so blatantly ignorant and rude. This does not only go for their staff at Galeries Lafayette but I have been VERY underwhelmed with the way they handle their customers in general. I bought a pair of shoes from them that is already falling apart after 7 months with very little wear and they did only tell me it was not their problem . I am very disappointed as I really like their designs but the quality of their products as well as their attitude is just despicable.
A great shopping experience, especially during Christmas.
The perfect place to hangout and purchase anything, they even got Chinese staff in literally EVERY store!
First time here in winter time and it was quite a surprised. The Christmas decorations was much better than London (in my opinion) even just walk around the all windows deco outside was amazing.
I don't know if I went to the wrong place or if it was the wrong time of year but there was no bar up on the roof. However, the rooftop is spacious and grandiose and absolutely worth going up if you're already at galeries lafayette.
I don't know if I'd make a special trip for just the rooftop but the building as a whole is great. Of course there's shopping and eating but the rotunda and the domed ceiling are gorgeous. The old school elevators are very fun to ride as well.
LUXURY stores from various departments, the top floor is a terrace with a wonderful view. The food court caters for many types of taste and is still fairly priced.
The place where the trivialization of art reaches its maximum peak.
The idea of French luxury as the collective imagination sees it. Magnificent architecture in addition. A lot of people, more curious than customers of course ... The purchasing power unfortunately does not follow in this country. But the store is one of the must see in Paris
Always the best Christmas decoration and the most creative tree... plus it's one of the best shopping destination where you can find most top brands under one roof for a truly Parisian shopping experience
Always nice shopping here. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The shopping was pretty spectacular and not for those with thin wallets! Don't miss the views from the roof garden!
You cannot come to Paris and not visit Lafayette, but at Christmas, it is a must-see ...
The magic is at the rendezvous in this place steeped in history
Good expensive place but for a gallery like in Spain it is almost the same as the English court very similar but in the French style much more expensive but if you go up to the roof you will find great views of Paris it is worth to.ar something in the terrace and pay 7 or 8 euros for a beer hahahahahaha
Competitive price, there is a lot of choice of brands and prices. Certainly it is also original and suitable for shopping
So if I'm going to be completely honest, I was very disappointed by these macarons. I absolutely loved the macarons I purchased from Pierre Herme the last time I was in Paris a year ago and I was so excited to return, but this box was More
They are very nice department stores, visit them after visiting Paris and everything is closed, very beautiful at Christmas.
Founded in 1912, it is probably the most known department store in Paris. A must visit if you're around!
Just got back last week! This place is a must in your in Paris! Especially if its Christmas! It such a wonderful vibe and the tree! OMG! How beautiful is it? Lots of cool shops for tourists. The metro is a few steps away too! Perfect!
The LV store was pretty cool, they also do personalised leather goods, but one has to wait in the queue depending how many in front of you.
Staff was polite. There are restaurants, little places where you can eat. The toilets are located nearby. I hope you enjoy the place as much as I have.
I m on Instagram @StaRemix.
I travel a lot and also do food reviews :)
Have a great festive break with your loved ones.
Place for shopping on the upper floors, where prices are reasonable, and from which you can enjoy a unique show on the lower floors where the costs make them inaccessible to most of us: human beings.
These galleries are the best in all paris. Very crowded but totally worth it. The 7th floor view to the eifel tower was amazing!
Unmissable visit for the beauty of the place and for shopping fans. Don't forget to go up to the roof terrace for a great view of the opera house and the city.
Stunning Place nice clothes and very friendly staff
This place is heaven on earth, all the best brands of cosmetics, makeup, perfumes, clothes, in short, it takes 1 week to look at everything!
On the top floor (6F?), there is an air corridor next to Starbucks to see; only people need to queue; the photo will be asked to leave in about 2 minutes
another great shopping center in the prime of things
Great place for shopping. You can find all famous brands here.
There s small cafe with a view into the dome. The coffee is a bargain for central Paris. The view is priceless. Staff were nice. Staff were helpful. Staff were simply great.
The roof terrace is a must see.
You can go shopping here too. You won t be disappointed by the choice.
Loved it.
For every woman a must ... but for the man also plenty of beautiful craft with stained glass ... a lot of opulence but even there a good and cheap sale is definitely worth it if it is just to watch the people ... beautiful things
Not just a department store, you go there and look for something specific ... you have to know the brand everything sorted by brand.
The inside of the building is worth seeing. On the 4th floor there is a viewing platform where you have a beautiful view of this wonderful department store.
Too much, too expensive. Unaffordable limit! We live in worlds that will never be found! But everything is magnificent!
Awesome, worth seeing. Pretty gent.pero. Highly recommended.
Standard telephonic at the top. Efficient manager, very good service ... thank you Galeries Lafayette
Sooo crowded .
U cannot comment ..its more than excellent.
A labyrinth too crowded people unpleasant especially the Chinese
To enjoy and shop. Beautiful views from your terrace.
If you go to Paris a visit to the Galeries Lafayette is a must. Here you will find everything from clothing to jewelry, to perfumes (many), etc. But above all you can admire the glass dome of the bell'epoque
A very good place for shopping and to have a good time with friends, the prices are accessible to everyone even the clothes because there are stores like Zara which offers reasonable prices and it all depends on the quality
One of the best malls I have ever visited. Very costly and can be crowded. You can just visit the mall for the terrace alone. You get a good view of paris from there. Also, the mall has a central dome which is very beautiful.
Is a must to go and see lol go better without a credit card lol
Very big and busy place, but also very nice from the outside with animations, and also from the inside. You can find all brands there, and for the lucky ones with the Lafayette loyalty card, you can have extra discount in advance of the legal time.
Very beautiful shop in shops. Crowded, very crowded
I bought a lot of luxury goods,
Next shopping and leaving your luggage
I didn t change the first round. My goal will not be from the whole mall
The important thing is the mall is large and all the perfumes are available and varied, their organization is not good and not more random
But I recommend visiting it for fun shopping perfumes you will not regret
If - well suddenly - you search on Google Maps the same, real, Galeries Lafayette - write Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, namely Osman; for some reason, just Gallery Lafayette marked a new (and uninteresting) store in a completely different place. And judging by the posted photos, most people got confused as a result.
If you want to buy souvenirs in Paris, this is recommended.
The Gourmet Hall is open from 8:30 on weekdays and from 11:00 on Sundays.
If your daily purchase exceeds 175 ,
Tax exemption procedures can be combined.
High brands will soon be over, so I think it's a good idea to buy food on the same day.
Just watching it will captivate you in an artistic desplay.
If you buy butter etc., vacuum pack at the ham counter
There is a service that does.
High-grade butter and truffle oil,
You can buy truffle salt for less than half the price in Japan.
Chocolate was half the price in Japan.
It would be a great deal if tax-free.
I was impressed by the architecture and all the recognized brands there are. We go up to the terraces. Spectacular.
The Galeries Lafayette, impressive dome to visit and not to miss the walkable glass walkway, beyond that it seems the inspiration of the Koplowitz sisters, to create the English court in Spain, it goes without saying that there are good brands in Lafayette cannot be compared ... The quality and quantity of brands not for all budgets, if you like delicatessens, they have a building with 2 floors in front of the best products, 100% recommended.
Very colorful department store. Ah, this is Paris~
We also recommend visiting the grocery store on the first basement floor across the street. Truffle salt and various valuable foods
Good option for shopping with breath taking rooftop view
