Wonderful store, some very nice products in store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They all speak very good English, which is a very good job as I only know a little French!

Many who like luxury shopping malls will like it at Harrods. It is also of architectural interest. In the photo the famous dome (the one above).

Luxury inside and perfect view from the roof top!

Even if you are not Asian, you can enter the Galeries Laaxayette. you will find everything you are looking for, for yourself or for gifts. The place is magnificent as well as life in Paris from the panoramic restaurant on the top floor. Galeries Lafayetttes are essential for Parisians, commuters and especially tourists who are the best customers for handbags from major brands.

Beautiful shopping place. Have lots of brands to shop for, staffs are friendly and helpful. A bit crowded and if you need tax refund you'll have to wait for a very long time due to long waiting lines and they only do tax refund right in the building. I didn't shop there, just passed by n went inside for a glance, the ceiling was beautiful that's why I decided to hang around a bit. But the crowd of Chinese n shopping tourist was too much for me so I left empty handed. Would recommend this place for anyone who loves shopping.

Beautiful place, we almost forget that it is a shopping center

It's a very touristy dept store. A lot of people, with all the high-end brands in the high-end bracket.

The store is fine, there is no problem. However, the elevator needs to be reviewed. When called, you have to wait for it to slowly sweep all the floors before being able to climb inside, very practical for pregnant women who have to wait a long time on their feet .....

Has everything at all, brands all over the world, but the prices are high.

Helpful and freindly I would recommend this to everyone.

It's good but I personally prefer the cheap, here it is a bit of the factory. The weekend is a lot of tourists, so it's hard to get around. Complicated to end up in the store as it is big otherwise it's pretty pretty.

The Christmas tree is very beautiful and there were not many people but we were there on a Thursday.

There is a LOT to choose from! The mall itself is a spectacle worth visiting for the view from the roof alone. Awesome!

Retail to the max. Nice store with good selection but everything is priced too high. Even at our reasonable exchange rate it was too much. Not sure who ships here, but it is fun to look after checking out the opera nearby.

It was a great pleasure to find Galeries Lafayette WITHOUT the hordes of Chinese without culture, without taste in dress but who grab everything to resell in China with a margin of 200%. Les Galeries is French Chic with its history and culture. This is not the open-air Shenzen market as the Chinese might think, where they talk loudly, push people around and pull out a big red bundle of Mao to show that you are king ....

An open mall where the divide from one shop to the next isn't clear, it feels like on giant department store.
Truly a masterpiece in everyday fashion, if you've got taste this is a go-to place to find your fashion.
Be warned, the sizes tend towards the small. If you're over 6ft/1.8m or 200lb/90kg you may find it difficult to find items in your size.

Crazyyyy fancy! Beautiful to visit and of course super expensive!

I bought a stroller from a major brand at the Galeries Enfant (warranty included). After 8 months of using the city, stroller already broken and no steps have been taken by the Galleries to repair it or change it. Unacceptable situation for a product at this price.

crowded mall, not really recommended to tourist to do shopping here

I toured it three times in 6 days that I was in the city. I did not buy much but they are so cool to see it a thousand times.

The roof terrace is totally cute and the selection is gigantic!

Very impressive but unfortunately not for people on a budget. The dome is beautiful and it is an experience to go in the middle under the dome on the floating bridge. The panoramic terrace on the 6th floor is also highly recommended. From there you also have a great view of the city. Especially free of charge.

The shopping mall itself is very impressive. The ceiling is really beautiful and you can get a close view of it from the glass viewing deck on level 3 (for free). The shops are just normal brand stores that you would expect at any Paris shopping mall. There is not that many choices of food here.

Famous upmarket departmental store that is perfect for an afternoon of shopping. Also, try to visit the terraces on the top floor which affords a pretty view all-around.

My purse was stolen from the Louis Vuitton store and not even security seems to care. It is not the money but my passport was in the purse and everyone was very rude and not helpful. The police station also took almost 2 hours to get a report when we said the embassy was closing soon. They also did not care. Walking around for 3 hours plus trying to figure out who can assist.

Beautiful atmosphere, you can find affordable things if you look, have handy snack eating places and of course bathrooms.
