This store is overcrowded at anytime! Have nice interior design and open access to the roof.

The store is beautiful and gigantic. If you are going in a time of good temperature there is a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. The food court is great for a lunch break or a snack the food is good and the prices are good. The store itself looks like a mall with several stores inside, from every brand you can imagine. And well inside these designer stores everything is obvious expensive. It is worth to visit and see the beautiful building is the view of the city.

Friendly staff here, the food is delicious and fresh. The price is not expensive.

One of the 3 emblematic department stores in Paris. The architecture is beautiful. On the 6th floor, an entire area is reserved for souvenirs (cheaper than in small shops). Very pleasant.

Elegant stores with a beautiful view of the entire city at the rooftop. Stores are huge and one can find many branded items especially for women. It's right place for shopping.I would love to spend entire day admiring the interior design ,topview and ofcourse shopping too.

Lots of choices if you look for bug expensive brands, else you might just want to see the place that is quite beautiful especially on xmas period. Very busy place, lots of tourists.

To visit for the beauty of the interior and for the view. However, avoid the bar that makes fruit extracts called Joe and the juice that is not very careful in hygiene (frappe and extracts with unpeeled fruit such as bananas, passion fruit, apples. All inside cut into pieces without peeling anything!) And in the fulfilments tax (receipt only on request).

Rooftop view is the main reason I visit Galeries Lafayette every time in Paris! Food court closes early so if you are in for a bite dont be late. Food quality is great always consistent!

As a retail shop, Galeries Lafayette is as good as it gets. I gave it a three star rating because it is so crowded that it is uncomfortable to browse the store. I went in there with the intention to buy a gift and came out overwhelmed and empty handed. If crowds are your thing go for it. For less main stream retail with a local flavor try the Marais.

Magic place especially at Christmas time. There is everything but at prices .....
Anyway, I ate at the restaurant located on the 3rd floor and was not disappointed. Great choice, the products are fresh and good for fair prices. Very helpful staff.

Always amazed by the difference between galleries and spring. At Galeries Lafayette, we are always unwelcome, looking up and down, we always have the impression of disturbing the sellers who are more busy talking to each other. The changing rooms are FULL of dust, I have rarely seen something so dirty. For a shop that sells you 2000-ball clothes, it's really nonsense. I'm not even talking about the attitude of the rest of the clientele. It's a real zoo.

The Paris department stores, all the big brands under one roof. To be seen. Nice rooftop terrace overlooking the city. Customers from five continents. The offer seems endless.

Caspiterina! Other than Rinascente! The Galeries Lafayette are the land of toys. They cannot be walked without the stiff neck, because of the balconies and the dome, which make them look like a theater. A shopping theater.

Beautiful !! Very luxurious, super varied, it has many apartments to visit, the prices are excessive but not much more than any other shoping, in order not to miss anything you have to go with time, the food and coffee area, very varied.

A beautiful Art Nouveau building is a must see, even if you're not much of a shopper, I certainly am not. If you're coming into the store with a bag, be prepared to open it so it can searched by the security guards. Check out the stained glass dome pictured below and then take the elevator or escalator to the top floor where the reasonably priced cafeteria is located. Grab a bite to eat and then look for the staircase to go up to the open air observation deck on the roof, it costs nothing to go out and admire the Paris skyline with most of the Paris landmarks easily visible. The closest metro station is LaFayette. The Opera backs onto the store. And once you're done with Galerie Lafayette, you might as well go to the other "grand magasin" (big store) which is also upscale called Le Printemps nearby.

Very glamorous mall to visit.. the design and the architect is so marvelous.

If you are in the area, a visit to the department store is definitely worth it. The breathtaking interior with glass vault and the terrace with a view over Paris are reason enough for this. If you want, you can have a coffee on the terrace, or shop and / or eat indoors.

It's very nice to walk along the signs in the gallery Lafayette Gourmet .... it's good, it's fresh though some products slightly expensive, but it's worth it ..... I highly recommend 'go ..

There are most of the typical hype beast stores but there is also a top floor with a bunch of cool gifts and some classic parisian fashion stores too!

Hugeee malllll!!!!! And great and the most awesome collection of Paris!!! Shoppers should definitely visit. You'll find all the brand here. And all should definitely do the jumping thing there in between which is for free. Great experience and you've a good time.

Inevitable stage of a Parisian tour, in my opinion, too chaotic, not well organized and designed mainly for an Asian clientele, this is perceived by the signs written mainly in Chinese and by the Asian shop assistants. I think it takes a whole day to visit it properly.

3 toilets on 6th floor and a line of 20 women... No notice naming alternative toilets... Too bad

One of the most beautiful in Paris, from above there is a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, the most beautiful Christmas tree in Paris, I am delighted!

The food and wine section is amazing. However the place is expensive and I am sure there are better deals in specialized shop in Paris. But it is worth to take a look though.

The stores are opened by the gallery with medium to high prices. Top floor has a terrace with a great view of part of the city.

Nice place with a lot of choice but above all avoid the toilets ... It feels like in the public latrines outside
