I wanted to share with you my very good experience with the new manager of ESTRADA. Indeed, I had encountered problems when buying my radiators in 2018 and the former manager did nothing to help me. Since the takeover in early 2020 by Christophe C., the latter ended up advancing the reimbursement to me instead of the manufacturer before the winter period! I wanted to salute this commercial gesture and its professionalism in the resolution of my file. I STRONGLY recommend ESTRADA for the quality of the devices and the after-sales service.
