Good place to relax and enjoy your favourite coffee and snacks.

When I visited Espresso House on September 6, 2018, I was not satisfied with the visit, because I have been so before.
So instead of being "woody" for unruly 39 kronor coffee, I conveyed my views directly to the company and was compensated. They showed Goodwill, therefore they get a new chance - for everyone can make mistakes and everyone is entitled to a new chance.

A little messy queue system when there is a lot of people, but it went well anyway.

A bit too busy considering the location but otherwise keeps the espresso house quality

Nice staff and good assortment. However, I do not have a healthy alternative to smaller sandwiches

All of the Espresso houses are great. This one almoast made me miss my train (their clock was broken, so just keep an eye out ;).

Nice staff, good and well-marked vegan options. Expensive iofs but you know that ...

Same quality as the rest of the chain.
Extremely crowded space where you get ready-made coffee. Many people queued for waiting time of almost 15 minutes, ie far too long for a take away coffee.

Really bad. I made a quick call to go for the chicken & hickory bagel that I had many times before. The bread was old and a bit dry, except from in the middle where it was soggy and wet. The salad was old and sad, the chicken still cold although they heated up the bagel for me. It got at the most a bit warm on the top. It didn't look or taste very pleasant. And there were no hickory sauce what so ever to find anywhere in the bagel. I wouldn't pay for this again.

Worst branch for espresso house. I have ordered chocolate drink with marshmallow the staff gave me the drink without even mentioning that what I paid for was not available. The place is always not clean and a change in the staff and how they treat customers should happen.

Usually shop at espresso house various cafes and is a satisfied customer but this visit was miserable! Ordered coffee and dessert to bring and the staff dropped the bag on the floor with cream and cake (closed in a separate package) and threw the other dessert into the paper bag. Everything was hole punching when you opened it on the train. The response was very impersonal and you did not know what was served. Was stressed and confused instead of getting a relaxed feeling.
Choosing a different place in the future when I come to the central station next time which is very boring when you are a previously satisfied customer.

Good coffee. But expensive! Coffee and cake, more expensive than a lunch.

Always nice girls who wish you a nice day..But the best part of all is the amazingly beautiful music has many times gone there sat me to enjoy their music puts me at the window watching people chasing the trains and enjoying the best lathe oh wonderful music everyday luxury

My favourite cafe, it's wonderful place To sit comfortably, to eat and enjoy with friends.

+ late coffee but a large selection of both sandwiches and pastries, which
also tasted good.

Dirty lipstick covered mugs. Makes one question the hygiene of the place. Coffee was good .. Having no toilets, is a bit of a nuisance.

A nice modern shop that is a worthwhile change for the Starbucks of the world. Pleasant service and a nice variety of pick me ups.

This is the worst espresso house in the city. Me andy friends have been there to order some coffee and juice. We ordered two cappuccino s and for our surprise the lady in the counterade it in just two seconds and said it's ready. On drinking it it's the worst quality we could feel and upon asking she answered back very rudely that " that's how espresso coffee is like and I have made it according to the guidelines". Upon request too she dint even consider to change the order and rudely asked us to leave. I was a fan for espresso house till date and decided would never prefer to enter this particular outlet for any service.

The staff is very rude... And the service is pathetic.

Got help from wonderful Johan at Arcaden, made the best chailatt and contributed with a wonderful mood!

Good place to grab a quick snack before taking the train or to bring a coffee out on the town
