This is not a review of a specific branch, but rather of the entire Czech Post.
I received a package of a fairly large size and guess what? He was very damaged. Which I came up with at home when unpacking. So I say to myself, OK, I'm just complaining, they'll come for it and bring me a new piece, no tragedy.

Well, I was wrong. I have to go to the branch in person to complain about the goods for which I paid for the "package in hand".
So I'll be angry at the post office, with a package like a cow, to argue there with a similarly angry lady at the obstacle, and I'll probably ruin my day for myself and her.

What is the solution to such a situation?

Maybe it would be enough to look at the competition and learn a little in customer service. Unfortunately, I must say that the Czech Post will never be!

Recent experience, package delivered late and to another address. Okay, it could happen ... Last experience: The letter was lost between the branches of the post office itself. Thank you, it was from the office. I recommend 10/10 :)

I complained about the non-delivery of an ordinary shipment. As I found out, the complaint handler did not make any inquiries at the post office, where I personally submitted an ordinary consignment and had a payment account, and also at the post office to which the consignment was sent.
I mainly received a warning that they have no, but no responsibility at all for an ordinary shipment. So it's like they sent me somewhere and not to bother me.
I filed a statement of opposition to the method of handling the complaint. The answer was no longer just copied, but basically not solving anything. They assured me that they received the suggestions received with the responsible staff.
I can only dream that they would do some investigation or measures.

Unsurprising hearing, tells which day and when to get home to pick up the package and it will arrive in just 2 days? So to deal with people at work I, long ago kick the cable. You should be at the headquarters to realize that mail is a service to people.

This is the official seat of Czech Post. And I only give two stars, because her services are certainly good at something, but what she shows when serving my person in Prague 2 is absolutely appalling, ruthless and undignified.

The problem is price. Great price - lousy service. The problem lies in the system: the consignment information system is absolutely non-mathematical. You can find out what depot the package is on, but you won't know where the depot is. The same applies to post offices, where they send you the number of the branch but not the address.



The same cadastre are data boxes. To sum up, the state should cancel the Czech post office and let the market take care of the forwarding itself.
