This is not a review of a specific branch, but rather of the entire Czech Post.
I received a package of a fairly large size and guess what? He was very damaged. Which I came up with at home when unpacking. So I say to myself, OK, I'm just complaining, they'll come for it and bring me a new piece, no tragedy.

Well, I was wrong. I have to go to the branch in person to complain about the goods for which I paid for the "package in hand".
So I'll be angry at the post office, with a package like a cow, to argue there with a similarly angry lady at the obstacle, and I'll probably ruin my day for myself and her.

What is the solution to such a situation?

Maybe it would be enough to look at the competition and learn a little in customer service. Unfortunately, I must say that the Czech Post will never be!
