This airline is a joke! Wanted to visit my family over Christmas and these folks cancelled my return flight and offered a different flight on 25 Dec early afternoon(!). I said ok now that everything else is booked, I don t have any other option, but can I at least take extra luggage on board? The answer was NO! They are just completely pathetic...

-cannot buy extra baggage on website and mobile app, there has no option to buy, even from the Facebook service. Obviously they want customer to buy at the airport (with the highest rate) -After you bought the extra luggage, it still not show the info on the physical ticket, so they still want to charge you again at the boarding gate. -Seems like they have big Problem with the system. Please avoid this airline. Otherwise you will suffer from it .

If you can go by car, bike, fly with someone else, do not fly anywhere, then consider such an alternative. In fact, there is no reasonable reason to use these airlines except that the only connection to Prague or from Prague is with them. It is not a low cost, aboard your newsletter or a hand let some refreshments, delays, packed luggage, flight attendants historic beauties, customer overflow, home airport overpowered by a tourist trap that does not even go Metro or train

I flew with KLM from Great Britain to Prague two months ago. On the way back to the UK, the Prague-Amsterdam flight was operated by CSA. The ticket was purchased through KLM, the baggage for the return journey was purchased when booking the ticket and I had to pay for the baggage in Prague at the airport. CSA honored me with more than the double price I paid with KLM on my way to Prague. KLM confirmed to me that since the flight is operated by CSA, the price is set by CSA. When I contacted CSA customer services, I got a very brief reply that they would not affect the price of the CSA baggage. Not only was the answer brief, it was also not true. I contacted the CSA several times, unfortunately, still no explanation of the overpriced baggage. I will not be with CSA if it decides to fly.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We flew with KLM and Czech Airlines from Glasgow to Prague and they lost every single item of our clearly labelled and identifiable luggage. We have almost 3 weeks to go of our European holiday and Czech Airlines said they ll give us 100 euros for basic essentials. What a joke. No one is calling us, emailing us or updating us. Countless phone calls to them, emails, forms completed and nada, zilch, zero. No one will help, no one is looking for it and no one seems to care that we have lost so much including sentimental items and jewellery. This was supposed to be a special time with a family reunion 32 years in the making and they have absolutely ruined it. We have lost hours and precious time buying basic clothes and toiletries and calling, emailing. Please do yourself a favour and never ever trust KLM or Czech Airlines with your luggage. I doubt we ll ever see it again and by the sounds of it they don t intend to pay compensation either which if you ask me just makes them no better than common criminals and thieves. Disgusting.

Non-functioning self check-in and the resulting check-out hour. This is a tricky check of the number of luggage and the resulting commissioning of the customer - before boarding the need to pack the baton into the trunk so that the number of luggage is not exceeded. Just to get the baton out of the trunk after getting into the plane. No delays have been received for the passengers at the time of departure. An airplane with flashing fluorescent lights and a squawking squirrel. Unfortunately, we felt that CSA had fallen into absolute amateurism.

I've made a mistake in my name in reservation, contacted them 5 minutes after I bought tickets by email and no reply, so I call them and they say it's impossible to change my name in the reservation and told me to cancel ticket, so I have lost 4200 CZK because it's not refundable.

From one of the best airlines CSA has become a joke these days. Worst than a low cost airline. Not at all reliable, they are either running late or changing the aircraft to a smaller, slower one or both. It's like they are surprised of their own scheduled flights and they are not ready.

CSA's going from ten to five! Not only do they add "drinks" in the style that the flight attendant goes on a cruise ship and a plastic bottle of water, and the rest of the drinks and refreshments are for a fee (BCN-PRG). Now I was angry for the second time, when I LOVED RESERVATION IN THE LAST STEP, they raised the ticket price by CZK 1,000! Never more, golden Ryanair!

Horrible airline. If you book your ticket using a third party, the CSA makes you check-in your carryon. They call it Economy Lite. Only one personal item allowed. Would not fly with Czech Airlines again. This stupid policy delays boarding because many passengers are not aware of it and they have to surrender their carryons during the boarding.

Every single word written about this airline is correct. The worst "service" we have ever encountered, from reception desk at the Prague airport (rude thin blond guy) through boarding (another rude thin blond guy) to the flight itself (in both directions). If good memories from your trip are important to you - avoid at all costs, literally.

My experience with this company was the most dissapointing. It's been almost 8 years ago when I had to change the plane in Prague, to fly to Hamburg and the staff told me to leave my hand lugagge in a separate place because the plane was too small and it could not allow that bag in the cabin. When I arrived to Hamburg, many of my goods were already stolen. I made a complaint to the police, they told me that I will receive some compensations, but they never came to me. And I never returned to them.

There is no reason to pay extra for a bad CSA, because you will fly the Smart Wings or Travel Service anyway, and no extra benefit. The glory of CSA is definitely gone. I can't even think of buying a ticket with them.

Just buying a ticket was a shock and I have not flown. Support is like calling Czech Post, maybe even worse. This is the only way to fill in a name when making a reservation, which cannot be changed by phone - after all, at the price of the ticket. Never more.

The worst airline I've ever seen. One flight is canceled. In the second year, he failed to mark the places on the plane, and he would deliberately seat you on the opposite side of the plane, even if there were vacancies on the aircraft and the damaged luggage, which is still unresponsive.
