AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
We flew with KLM and Czech Airlines from Glasgow to Prague and they lost every single item of our clearly labelled and identifiable luggage. We have almost 3 weeks to go of our European holiday and Czech Airlines said they ll give us 100 euros for basic essentials. What a joke. No one is calling us, emailing us or updating us. Countless phone calls to them, emails, forms completed and nada, zilch, zero. No one will help, no one is looking for it and no one seems to care that we have lost so much including sentimental items and jewellery. This was supposed to be a special time with a family reunion 32 years in the making and they have absolutely ruined it. We have lost hours and precious time buying basic clothes and toiletries and calling, emailing.

Please do yourself a favour and never ever trust KLM or Czech Airlines with your luggage. I doubt we ll ever see it again and by the sounds of it they don t intend to pay compensation either which if you ask me just makes them no better than common criminals and thieves. Disgusting.
