I flew with KLM from Great Britain to Prague two months ago. On the way back to the UK, the Prague-Amsterdam flight was operated by CSA. The ticket was purchased through KLM, the baggage for the return journey was purchased when booking the ticket and I had to pay for the baggage in Prague at the airport. CSA honored me with more than the double price I paid with KLM on my way to Prague. KLM confirmed to me that since the flight is operated by CSA, the price is set by CSA. When I contacted CSA customer services, I got a very brief reply that they would not affect the price of the CSA baggage. Not only was the answer brief, it was also not true. I contacted the CSA several times, unfortunately, still no explanation of the overpriced baggage.

I will not be with CSA if it decides to fly.
