I bought a kitchen on 5/24, it was installed on 5/28 and a stove was not running, call Escorial making the claim since the kitchen was new and came with a factory failure, they took the claim and told me that in 7 days The technician came, I returned to claim on 7/6 and they told me that it was 7 business days and not run, they did not come, I called again on 10/6 (already completed 7 business days) and they did not come, they said they would claim the technician .
