Escorial Candor kitchen, just over 1 year and a half of use, was looking for a kitchen from a traditional brand that works well, nothing sophisticated.
A few days after it was installed, the oven did not turn on, I filled out the form on the Escorial page, the technician comes the next day, he tells me that possibly due to the movement of the freight the oven burner was released, he disassembled and put everything in its place . So far good.
The kitchen never moved from its place again and I already had to disassemble the oven floor 3 times to accommodate the burner that inexplicably falls off because of opening and closing the oven door?
Terrible design, I do not mean aesthetics but its structure. Never again this brand.
