Buy an electric hot water tank which does not work...

Buy an electric hot water tank which does not work, call technical service which asked me to send the purchase ticket this was on 9/28/17. After that I couldn't communicate anymore so I sent an email, which was never answered.
And I keep calling and they never answer me.
What can i do
