media com is awful, terrible connection. verizon fios would make everything way more stable

So much offered for such a reasonable price, not only with the homes but the amenities, as well. A highly sought after area. My wife and I are looking forward to living in the area and meeting new people.

The Jefferson is a very nice townhouse Villa. With a touch of love, we upgraded our home. Very reasonable pr toice had a professional painter come and high light our walls in each room.

Easy to install ceiling fans and a chandelier. Each room has Hunter and sea breeze fans.

Huge bedrooms having two master bathrooms and a podwer bathroom. Large closets in each room. Nice gourmet kitchen and wooden flooring. The kitchen has real granet and large counters.

Our Villa townhouse is beautiful inside and outside. We had many upgrades done to had nice features to bring out the best Jefferson home that is sought for.

Our home is larger than the blue print. It is 2470 sq. ft. Having many bells and whistles. We installed 6 Hunter and sea breeze fans. Nice fireplace on the first floor.

We have a screen in porch in the back of our home off the family room. We are looking forward to have solar panels installed.

Brian Hayen made sure that of the precks was done. There are a few minor things to be done, or touch ups.

We love our home. We had much lager home in While Plains, MD and needed to downsize. It was a good idea to purchase our home at Plantation Lakes.

The amenities are great and is expanding; golf, tennis and basketball courts. Nice outdoors swimming pool. The clubhouse has a gym workout room and free of charge a banquet hall.

The community is very friendly and pets are allowed. They are pet stations throughout the development. It is a private community and most families look out for each other. I had a few great friends in this development.

Being a large community, it is safe, quiet and peaceful. Addition to the golf course there are walking trails and good for biking. Fishing if not far from the development and you can walk to it.

A few issues with Lennar, but not major. I rate this a 5 because almost everything is included. HOA is not doing enough to keep grass serviced. We care for our grass better than the HOA contracts.

Over all, it is a very good community and people friendly. A good bang for the buck. Our house has increased in value in four years by 12%.

My wife feels that some people will give a lower rating for little issues. It is a fantastic place to live.

Nice well maintained 9 hole course, will eventually be 18 holes. Lush tees, fairways, and greens.

The salespeople were amazing! Very informative and helpful! I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Don't even think about moving in this development if you dont plan on living in the 1800s and reading books/ playing board games only. This community is forced to use 1 ISP and thats it even though Verizon covers a huge part of Millsboro thanks to someone being greedy and taking a bribe. I've called many times trying to get Verizon in here but have been ignored completely. Everyone here hates Mediacom but no one cares to look into the quality of life of this development. I will make sure every single person who ever comes into this development to look at a house and make sure to tell them my experience and make sure they go else where.

Very nice homes, yearly taxes out of site. $city + county + impact fees.

Very beautiful houses. They even have smart homes. Some have 2 car garages with a small, extra 3rd door for I'm assuming golf carts.

Don t live here. Worst internet service imaginable. Will take away this one star if verizon Fios was available.

Beautiful challengeing 18 hole golf course. With greens that are as fast as private clubs. Well maintained. A must to play.

I bought a townhouse four years ago. I mostly love it but have had problems with the air conditioning and it is still not resolved.

paul is great. really hes the only reason i enjoy going out there.
