Effortless customer service. I purchased a floor mat years ago at Staples. There was a problem that developed with it. I brought it to Staples to return it. They said I had to contact E S Robbins. I went on line, during the Pandemic, expecting either delays or no answer. I filled out the form an sent in the required pictures, etc.. A short while later I received a brand new replacement. If they can stand behind their product during these turbulent times, that says a lot. Plus, I love their product.

For anyone building or replacing fences....please beware when dealing with Centaur Fencing.....I have bought over 7,500 feet of fence, some of which is less than a year old....in brown...all has faded very badly, and when I contacted the company I was advised that while they have never seen anything like that, there is nothing they can or will do. Very disappointing after spending over 20k to find out the company does not stand behind any of their products.

This place is complet HELL. Prisoner have more rights than the employees here.

This company makes the most amazing products. The custom cut chair mat that we ordered for our home office is absolutely perfect!!! We worked with Steve Claussen, Dawn Brown and their custom cut expert, John. The custom office desk chair mat that we ordered was quite complicated with all of the challenging angles and measurements (especially because the only tools we had to work with to get it right were talking on the phone, emails and exchanging home made diagrams and photos of the workspace.) Working with Steve, Dawn and John was a pleasure. I have never seen such amazing customer service! The couple of challenges we ran into were easily remedied and we are very happy with this custom made office chair mat!!! 5 Star 5 Diamond Elite Customer Care!!! My mother (for whom this office floor mat was a present) travels to far away places such as Latvia, Sri Lanka, Shanghai, Moscow, Peru, Ukraine, Malaysia and many other countries including all over the U.S. teaching business coaching, interdepartmental communication and Ultimate Customer Service. We are extremely impressed with this company. They should be very proud of themselves. Hire these people to make your custom floor mats. I never thought I would say that I was proud of a floor mat, but I am taking photos and emailing / texting them to friends and we are bringing everyone over to see it. It actually makes the office more attractive! They do a lot more than floor mats too. Thank you Steve, Dawn and John! We are very happy.

I ordered a sit/stand floor mat for my office thru their Dealer Pigott in Des Moines several months back. I was having a minor issue with the hinge which makes it stand vs. sit and they replaced it!! ALSO, If YOU sit and stand (I sell therefore I stand a lot while on the phone!) this is AMAZING!!

I bought a Chair Mat at Staples in December, 2014...not exactly yesterday. The Mat had been deteriorating over the last 3 months cracks, holes etc...I submitted a Warranty Claim to ES Robbins Company (Claim Form, Receipt, Pic of Mat) this morning and I just received an email that they will ship a replacement and have it here in 5-7 days Fed-EX Ground. I would have thought they would have had a million reasons for denying but they handled it quickly and much to my pleasure. Damn, nice job ES Robbins
