Erud IT manage our IT systems, most importantly configuring them to our requirements and whims. They've managed to resolve all of our issues and implement all of the features we wanted (even during COVID when site access has been severely or completely restricted). I highly recommend them.

Arrived in work this morning to find that there had been some critical windows updates applied to our server and the VM was not restarting causing us a major problem.
Telephoned ERUD IT and spoke briefly with one of their technician's Tyler and explained the issue, within minutes he was logged into the machine and resolving the problem.
This is not the first time that ERUD IT have helped us out when we are in need and I can't recommend them highly enough. Really professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff who are a pleasure to deal with. If you have an IT issue don't waste your time looking elsewhere speak to ERUD IT and I'm sure they'll be able to help you out.
