Wish I could give negative stars. The way they treat their employees should be criminal. Constantly asking them to go above and beyond their job description just so higher management can appear good to the client. With no compensation thrown their way
Was asked to change my time sheet to appear as I had worked less time on the project than I actually was, just so it looks good on budget. Was asked to do a 16hr shift and all I got was a pat on the back and had my contract cut short cause I spoke up against doing over time.
Not the company it was when I first started working from them in 2010.

This is the headquarters in the US. There is absolutely nothing here except for the operations which are not open to the public. With that said, there are a few extras for employees beginning with electric car recharging stations and a good cafeteria.

Went in for the second interview, after the initial, preliminary phone interview, and the interviewer (employee) cut off the interview, after 5-8 minutes, 10 minutes (max), all because I responded that I could not remember the name in exact of a help-desk service program I was observing for a few hours of an externship. And no, the internship position I was interviewing for, had nothing to do with tech. support. I hope corporate begins to issue out interviewee feedback forms for interviewees to fill out, I d be more than glad to let the employee s. manager know. If that employee is an appropriate representation of how Ericsson actually is, operates and how it treats its prospective employees, there is no point in doing business with such a company. Respect goes both ways.
