Marshall is very responsive and very knowledgeable with all of our request.
I am a little biased as I currently work for them but we do try to make others experience with Ergos a good one.
Like most tech things, the people who sell it make it look shinny and helpful. But when you need it to work it doesn't, and it's always someone else's problem. I don't pay you a monthly service fee for you to tell me its cheaper for someone else to fix it.
