The output of documents is very slow ... The service has deteriorated over the years. BUT the person I got online was very friendly and explained things to me. So 1 star for the service & 5 stars for my interlocutor.

THICK SCAM !!
Too bad I can't give 0 stars.
Wanted to cancel my contract. Asked for information and he just turned the phone off. They are disrespectful there. Only good to empty your bags but if you ask something else they know about nix, they don't help and they throw the phone off.

When you call customer service at the Brussels head office. It takes forever to get in touch (if you can get in touch ) with an operator. I have been calling and waiting more than 30 minutes during office hours. If a service cannot be performed, or if there is no such day. why are they not even notified to their customers after a certain time? If necessary with a recorded message. You will certainly not increase the customer base the way it is now. I would like an answer. Yours faithfully, a frustrated customer ....

As already mentioned above: customer service that knows nothing. It takes forever before you can get someone on the line. I thought there were legal restrictions regarding the waiting time? Moreover, the pension savings products that they offer are the biggest miscarriages that exist. They lubricate people with a TAK 23 product. No bank wants to take over this policy in the event of a transfer. Not to mention that you can lose all your money at the end of the ride. Certainly not recommended.

After a year of calling and asking, almost begging to get my money back, this still hasn't worked. Years ago at MH started saving and I promised that after buying a sum of money, you can request the remaining part, NOT THUS !! Also rude and lying on the phone. They are scammers. Go better with a known and honest insurance company.

dramatic telephone menu, you get to hear the same menu every time (every 5 seconds) where I always enter '0' because I want to get in touch with a telephone operator, but even that doesn't work. Ultimate but just fictional phone number entered, but that doesn't work either !! Really a company that treats you like a number, any kind of service towards the customer is strange to them, too bad I can't give 0 stars!
