Nice place 5* hotel best service ever, food room cleaning is good and consistent

The presidential suite is top notch for the price. The staff is super professional and very accommodating. I had an issue with a charging cable and a staff member gave me their personal cable. That's faith and love something that he didn't have to do but was done anyways. For this service 5 stars is well deserved. Thank you to all of the staff, management and the owner.

Enjoyable atmosphere... very safe and the staff were very helpful

Quite good hotel at Erbil. It's location not far away from airport, very well secured. Lobby very well presented and distributed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Conference rooms facilities have big space and well distributed. Rooms are very confortable (only point for improvement TV screen size). Beds size more than enough and very cosy. Bathroom offer bath tub and showers - what else can you ask. On 12th floor very confirming leisure facility THE CLUB. They have gym and sports facility. On second floor you can enjoy lunch and breakfast. Lastly Al Bustan restaurant at very short walking distance. All in All, it was very good experience during short business stage.

Property is very nice, but food is not the best. Still one of the two best hotels in Erbil.

The hotel is very nice and elegant. One of the most secured places in the city. They have a great open buffet restaurant and a fantastic Italian restaurant open only for dinner. The outside area is also very nice. They usually have live music at the lobby bar. I have been to the rooms only once and they are clean and nice. In terms of price, it is on the higher end. Getting in and out can be a little annoying at times due to high security measures.

You really get for what you pay but still It is a shame that they don't offer free internet. We are in 2011, internet should be for free in a 5 stars hotel.

Nice landscaping. The T walls of concrete feels like a prison and unnecessary given Erbil secuirty hardly requires T walls.
