One of my favorite places in Erbil for business meetings. From their security all the way to pool staff and room service, everyone is nice. You feel welcome here. I'm a fan of their open buffet. Also the parties they throw by the pool are usually great. The lobby is very relaxing and totally meets your expectations of a 5 star hotel.

Super, environment is very good.a lot of variety of delicious food. Many more to enjoy.

It's 2019 and people still smoke in the restaurant which really spoils it for everyone

Very nice clean and elegant but very expensive and like what you expect from Rotana

The best place ever to be in , especially Flavor restaurant was really good and i enjoyed the delicious food over there , on top of that one of the workers over there was really friendly and helpful i think his name was Siver who wear glasses. He helped me out to fix my car which was broken out of the hotel at late night . I really appreciate his help which was over and byond his job .

One of the best hotels in Erbil. Pool is nice to chill out and the staff is friendly. They have a great latin band that performs at the pool area and also in the evenings inside the hotel. The gym is a bit small but it has more or less everything you need. The security is hardcore, lots of security guards and machine guns.

Was told the consulate was their but it isnt however the hotel manager did as he said and phoned me with info later on that day so he was true to his word however staf like most places in iraq dont know anything about their local geography some living their all their lives still dont know the name of the street they live on unbelievable but verry true

1 week ago i was in rotana in bond bar with our friends so i got great service from mohammed and we enjoy the place with good food

Good food, pleasant surroundings, nice pool in summer.

Nice place, excellent facilities - especially conference rooms. The security is however very uptight going in, so be prepared to go through heavy screening.

The overall quality is acceptable which is below expectations from a hotel to be one of good hotels in erbil.
My weak rating to that hotel is due to this three things that i have noticed in my first 24 houres:
1 no 24 hours valet service
2 poor quality service for room service
The reason for that is to improve the service

Polite and professional staff..
You may face and issue regarding the security check but afterall
It was a nice stay
Delicious food
And super clean
