Me and my family have been renting with ERA King for about three months now. Kim is amazing and has worked with us from the very start making sure everything was in order and always being professional! I couldn t imagine working with any other company!
I moved to town 2 years ago and was not familiar with the area at all. I luckily stumbled upon King Property Management and have rented from them since coming to the area. I loved my little apartment here. I turned my keys in today and it was a sad goodbye! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They do everything they can to make people s lives easier. I m moving out of state for work and I ll miss living here and all the people over at King Property Management.
I have been renting from King Management for 9 months now, and it has been a wonderful experience! From the very beginning, Kim and Morgan were phenomenal. They treated me like a friend. I am in Northstar, and I absolutely love it. I can t imagine being anywhere else. My apartment was spotless, and the complex is peaceful and safe. If I ve ever had an issue, I just logged a ticket in the convenient portal and maintenance arrived within 24 hours to fix the problem. I ve never rented before, but this has been a great experience!! No maintenance, no law care....it is all taken care of for me! It s like having a husband without the hassle of a man in the house. ;) They even come out once a month to change the central air filters! I will be renewing my lease in February! Thanks, Kim & Morgan!! You both ROCK!!
It lets me know one thing companies will help you find a place to help you get on your feet ,But if you got a felony and have rehabilitated yourself your still out of luck ,This was a true mistake of my past because when your down and out in the FUTURE the help is not there !! So when you get help in the FUTURE please take the advantage of it!! This is why I give them a 5 star because I learn from companies,And this is what the AMERICAN citizens are going through today!! It's there rules and regulations and we got to live by them wheather it's Fair or not !!
