Kim Byrd 2 days ago give us by email an appointement at 1:30pm in Silverbirch for an open view. So lot of families wait for long. None was there. Era did not cancel appointement .

This is a fantastic letting agents and in particular, Kelly is a brilliant agent. From the beginning everything was very straightforward with very little hassle and great communication. Kelly was always at the end of an email and had so much time for us anytime we needed help. Any issues were resolved promptly and without hassle. I would definitely love to deal with this company again and would recommend them to anyone based on their professionalism, excellent communication, and great landlord-agent-tenant relationships.
