Their design selection and website are inspirational, and they were very open to customization in order to create a perfect one-of-a-kind ring. All the staff were helpful and sweet, and Rosemary kindly accommodated multiple appointments for me to source the right diamond, inspect the mould, see the finished ring, and finally see it all put together.

We bought my wife's custom wedding band from here and although my wife wasn't entirely happy with it at first, they offered to take it back and fix it. Once we got it back, the wife was ecstatic at how it turned out. Definitely great service and good value. Would recommend them.

We used a stone from a family heirloom ring and they were great at walking us through the process and keeping us updated as the stone was unset & inspected.
