Fast, fair and efficient...with the excellent customer service! Can t ask anything more. We are fortunate to have a store like this in our area.

On this visit I only needed some Kirby vacuum cleaner bags. In the past, you had to buy the exact ones for your machine or they probably wouldn't fit. I went in, and was helped right away. The nice lady did her best to help me find my particular model but the packaging had changed. I didnt bring an old bag so we were both at a loss. She looked on line and everything. A gentleman came from the back and explained the bags were now more universal and showed me how to quickly identify them. Excellent and knowledgeable service. The price was cheaper than the genuine bags on ebay. 5 stars? Absolutely!

Excellent customer service. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Classes are fun and educational and the store has anything you want for your embroidery, sewing and vinyl crafting needs!

I love this shop and all the people who work there. They are all professional, courteous and friendly. I drive from South Carolina yes, you read that correctly, 9.5 to 10 hour drive to this shop!!! Their classes are excellent, fun to do and I always learn something new. I have purchased several machines from them and if I have questions about them, I call for advice. If they are busy, I just leave my number and they call when they have time. Early in 2020, I took my 35 year old Necchi sewing machine ( NOT purchased from them) in for service. I dropped it off as they were busy and picked it up a few days later. It works like a charm again, thanks to their service!! My only regret is that I don t live closer to them!!!! I d give them a ten star review if I could.

I call to ask if someone could check out my serger. I get asked, did you buy it here? No not this one... well ok come on in and they will look at it...so i drive an hour to be told.. um you didn't buy that here...we won't have time im sorry . Ive done lots of business for several years here....but no more. And ill let as many as u can know.
