Unbelievable. Had bailiff not knock on door but bang as if he was trying to break in. Called company who basically said i had to prove who I was and that the Company, yes Company not person was not linked to this property. Try banging again see what happens.

missed 1 payment due to my money being short that month phoned to sort it out to be told I had to make payment of 400 pound currently not working due to the current situation there for I dont have it agent on the phone was rude and aggressive and threatening. disgusting behaviour full complaint will be made.
Need to get their facts right rather than chasing a debt for someone that doesn t even live at my address! I shouldn t have be worrying/stressing over bailiffs knocking on my door for someone else s debt! No help whatsoever on the phone, no apology, nothing. If I get a bailiff at my door the police will be rang.
Absolute bunch of incompetents! Written to them recorded delivery on 3 x occasions in last 24 months with no reply. Extremely unhelpful and downright rude on the phone. I intend to complain to their regulatory body and or the FCA.
very unprofessional and unethical in their behavior. they have tired to charge me 3 times more in fees than they are allowed to under the good practise guidelines. (trying to charge me on each individual bill instead of the accounts) I have put in a formal complaint against them with my local council over there actions.

Very unprofessional had a man called Alex Vesilescu attented my parents house where i dont even live demanding a payment where we wont even aware of. Called him many times to explain i cant provide everything at once and had him shut the phone without giving me a change to speak. This company don't know how to deal with people we aint animals we're humans and no one should be treated in this manner. DISGUSTING.
Chasing a debt for a parking ticket, 2 years after we sold it. Provided 2 proofs (sale receipt/DVLA Letter). But apparently not enough. They asked for a letter from insurance company too. There was an issue with this letter, but instead of responding to me as they could see this was a mistake, they instructed bailiffs. Horrible company run by horrible people.
My friend got a wrongly issued fine on a car that he no longer owned. They asked for all sorts of proof to drop it, we provided and they still have not. They haven't replied to any of the emails they requested him send and they're now trying to send baliffs around the house. Every time we speak to someone they're unhelpful. Disgraceful service
