My friend got a wrongly issued fine on a car that he no longer owned. They asked for all sorts of proof to drop it, we provided and they still have not. They haven't replied to any of the emails they requested him send and they're now trying to send baliffs around the house.

Every time we speak to someone they're unhelpful.

Disgraceful service
