I have been in trouble for 4 days now to install a new Epson printer. Every time I get a different story, now you could only use usb cords of 50 cm! The store where I bought it does not take it back because I 'used' it. Does give a new printer and places the cartridges of the returned one there and what does Epson say during installation "these are setup cartridges, place new ones! I'm tired of it. Never again Epson.

Just bought the very expensive Epson V850 scanner; the software looks very brief and old-fashioned. There are 3 "modes"; car, home and professional. The scanner app closes again after each scan in the first two modes. This means that you must restart the program after each scan. Just talked to Epson for almost 50 minutes; their only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the software and see if this problem is still there. They also say that many customers call with this problem. The second problem is the included CD-ROM from Silverfast software, SE Plus 8, ( 75 if I buy it separately) which should apparently be much better than Epson software. Since my Mac does not have a CD reader, I asked for a link to download this software. That is not possible; then I have to call Silverfast myself Really worthless with regard to the Epson software and with regard to the unwillingness to digitally deliver the supplied software.

We had to buy a maintenance box according to Epson to get rid of the error message. Epson admitted that this was an incorrect advice. Therefore asked to be allowed to return the part.
After many phone calls, e-mails and promises of not contacting me, I gave up. Poorly organized and customer-friendly after sales service.
Given the reviews little enthusiasm at Epson to improve this.

What a pleuris company! New printer never bought someone on the line. first a whole story and the connection is broken. NEVER !!! more an Epson. Most expensive ink. Can not use a private label. I start a campaign on social media so nobody ever buys an epson product. Beam of rays!

Most regrettable customer service I've ever been in contact with. First time call for printer not working. I get the advice to do a rinse often. Forgetting to tell them that it takes a lot of ink.
Second lady on the line: oh we do have a leniency arrangement that includes you because it is really just (2 or 3 weeks) out of warranty. Just email this information and we will arrange it for you.

Will I then be phoned by an extremely arrogant colleague who indicates that this suddenly no longer takes place. Printer defective and 60 euros of ink gone. Complained. Have to keep up myself and finally after almost 2 months I will be called back to mention that it is not done. Never again Epson for me. My god, you can't even call this a customer service.

Borrowed printer from my brother but lost CD-ROM and manual. Asked Epson if I can order these items somewhere - I would like to return my brother's stuff completely. But the same answer twice: download software from website. Extremely bland from Epson (i.c. Remko) that they don't want to put in some effort. In addition: no telephone number on the website, and when you finally find a number, it will not be recorded. Bad turn (s), Epson! :-(

It is shameful that there is nowhere on the website a number that can be reached.

When I buy new ink cartridges, the printer says they are fake, while I just bought them neatly at the primera of epson itself.
Buy a new printer after all that misery with this rotten brand.
Never an epson again.

Don't start it. The ink is more expensive than the printer itself. It is not logical. It doesn't even come close. I have tried out whether the original ink cartridges last longer than the universal ones, which is really nonsense. Always problems with ink cartridges. It does not matter whether it is from EPSON itself or from Action. Always problems and always something is wrong. I spend more time troubleshooting than I can print. If you do not use the prints for a few days? Then there will be error and problems. In brief. Bad and unreliable. Don't start it. Broken through 3 printers within 17 months. And have it made or not. It is always your fault and they say that the light meets the original ink cartridges that you did not use. Even refilling original ink cartridges is not possible because the chip reads empty is empty. Broken too quickly. Trust in this product does not exist. So this is SUPER PLASTIC TROEP. I'm RAPPER Spyker - Let it go on YouTube. My advice is to encrypt all the protections from it. Then your product has a better chance. Success and what I have experienced is your award. Karma is for everyone.

No guarantee for repairs and poor service! The print head broke fairly quickly after purchase. This was then repaired. A year and a half later, the printhead is broken again. Epson now refuses to repair it.
