Most regrettable customer service I've ever been in contact with. First time call for printer not working. I get the advice to do a rinse often. Forgetting to tell them that it takes a lot of ink.
Second lady on the line: oh we do have a leniency arrangement that includes you because it is really just (2 or 3 weeks) out of warranty. Just email this information and we will arrange it for you.

Will I then be phoned by an extremely arrogant colleague who indicates that this suddenly no longer takes place. Printer defective and 60 euros of ink gone. Complained. Have to keep up myself and finally after almost 2 months I will be called back to mention that it is not done. Never again Epson for me. My god, you can't even call this a customer service.
