Trash company who allowed it's drivers to hit pedestrians and bikers with no punishment

Saw one if them license plate 543111 I believe driving like an ass hole on rt 110 north and again on LIE going west on April 25th 2016

Offices on upper floors are tiny. Bathrooms are filthy. Elevator is slow and breaks down every couple of months. Convenient location.

I walked up to the window ,to find an elderly man sitting on the other side chatting with who knows who. I say hello, I'm looking for a job opportunity ,may I get an application?..The man continues to conversate as if I'm Not there. I Look around the room like wth is going on ?, I repeated once again,then he Looked at me and said what happen Kid?,I paused for a second & thought to my self is this guy serious. I repeated my self once again & he finally gave me an application.I sat down to fill out my application ,as I'm in the process an women employee comes in pissed off about her check .Guess who she sat next to while she waited to speak to someone.This lady starts talking to me ,saying she just started last week ,and they better Not F*@k with my money ,They don't know I Play with candles etc etc .I'M just thinking to My self ,what am I about to get myself into.I finished off my application to have a female uniformed officer come out and she offered me a job but said you will have to come in Monday to discuss because he doesn't want to speak with anyone right now ,it was Friday ....I'm so not with it .Funny story's added to my Life to tell. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Staff needs to be more aware of their attitude toward employees and new hires and find whats to priorities themselves.

N I SAID LET ME BE THE JUDGE AND THE REVIEWS IS EXCATLY WHAT THEY SAID I JUST GOT MY FINAL N LAST CHECK N WOULD NEVER GO BACK GO AT YOUR OWN RISK IF U WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED ETC ETC GUD LUCCC

By far the worst company I've ever worked for. They were always extremely rude whenever I called for any reason, lack of communication between some of the office staff. They also had no regard to me being in school during my time with them. There were times I had to miss class because they did not want to help me switch shifts.I was threatened to be written up if I took any time off or switched to be in school.

Their disrespectful security guards are just the beginning, Epic Security should hire better quality employees and train them with common courtesy, enough with the rudeness and disrespect to NYC residents. Oh, and stop reciting NYC laws that don t exist, it just reinforces the lack of quality (and education) of their employees. Proudly giving Epic Security a one-star review, I wish it could be lower! Read their other reviews, I m happy to see I m not the only one speaking out.

The scheduling manager was very disprespecful to the employees, as if being nice was an understatement, forcing employees to resign

Rude , rude and rude and a total waste of time
They will send you to sites that basically consist of you standing up outside with no radio or watching a patrol car. Other than that you will be forced to sit in a very dirty classroom fully uniformed, god forbid you don t have their coat or ugly shoes that don t keep your feet warm . They do not care about anyone and will disrespect you or just terminate you

Don't DO it . Its Not worth it , Communication Skill are bad. Bad Pay. Only thing good is that you get paid weekly

I honestly do not know much about them other then last night & the reviews I am seeing on here which show a lot about it.
Last night though I went to Times Square with my sister & niece's. Saw one of the EPIC vehicles there & the security guard inside was sitting there eating away his food in a ridiculous way. He was not in a security uniform, just his regular everyday outfit. Did not look official at all. Was not paying attention to anything around him except the tons of food he was eating. Times Square on Saturdays becomes humongously crowded. Any security guard should be paying complete attention to everything going on around that area. He was not there to just pay attention to that Wow a lot of food he was eating. Security should also look like security, wearing a uniform.

hands down the worst security company ive ever worked for. they were rude, unacccepting to already scheduled obligations i notified them about and still was resisting to the fact.

I use to be a dispatcher here. The armed guards are frustrated and mostly get only minimum wage. They transport money in papeer bags or under their shirts. The officers are often made to feel powerless and are always treated as if they are animals or criminals. There are many cases of sexual harassment but the smart women use that to get ahead. . If you are looking for a quick paycheck that's always right and don't care how you are treated go here. If you have some pride and self respect don't waste your time.

I worked for Corp for Samsung and eye level. The manager for epic security was rude and pay was horrible. The dispatcher was very ghetto ( had no class on the phone. Please work for a better security company.

I always heard about how horrible this company is but I never was really the type to go off of what the next person is saying so im pretty convinced that this is a bad company earlier today i went to see if this company was hiring, i get there at 9 o clock nobody was in the office so after a good 5 minutes one of the hiring managers shows up i greet him an a polite way no response back so when he opens up the door he slams it in my face.

Smh the worst no communication and rude. I been sitting here since 8am i filled out app and no one came out to say anything this place is the worst I feel like walking out right now.... I won't recommend anyone here !!!!!!

Do not know anything about this company but saw one of the drivers driving extremely recklessly and speeding putting multiple cars including my own in danger and did the same on the normal streets in queens. I wish I wasn't driving so I could take a picture of the specific license plate. Very dangerous.

It is a disgusting place full of arrogant and conceited office staff. They tried to make me write fake hourly fire inspection reports when I worked at a homeless shelter for them. After I resigned, they did not issue the final paycheck to me. Beware.

Still fight to get my check 14hours from feb18 its now april18 collins the manager screaming and acting a fool cause i quit at the time they owed me 25.25hour keep messing my checks up . ## still owed 14hours of pay crazy guess we go to court

I have used this company several times ; and they have done a fine job.

Went in to fill out an application and to interview. The old white guy in charge had the young black guy tell me in a polite way that i couldn't work there because of my beard and because of my hair being in twists. There was no way I was cutting my hair for a minimum wage job. This place should be shut down for discrimination.

I called because I had some questions before my interview that was on the same and the lady that I spoke to was extremely rude. Instead of answering my questions she rudely asked me other questions. Why would I want to work at a place like this if I cant even have a simple question answered. Happy I didnt go in for an interview.

I couldn't find the 0 start rating because that's what they deserve. They terminated me because i refused an assignment almost 2h away from my house and just for 5 to 6 hours, on top of that they make you go to their office everytime you have an assignment like men that's super retarded.
