We went for the first time the other day to look at accessories for our new cat and the truth is that they have everything and from what I have been seeing at a good price

I have been shopping in this store all my life. They are great professionals, I always find what I am looking for and if they do not have it they will send it to me in a short time. Great professionals who have always advised me correctly, that's how happy my cats and birds are. When I go, what strikes me the most is that it doesn't smell, I always find everything clean and tidy and I see that they dedicate a lot of time to the animals they have in the store. advisable one hundred percent !!!!!

Nice pet shop in the heart of Barcelona. They sell puppies, rabbits, hamsters and many other pets. No cats though, found that strange. Maybe they were out of stock?

They have treated me very well and advised me by devoting all the necessary time and attention to me. They are kind and polite. The guy who took care of me knows about it so I went to the store and I felt calm letting myself be advised. Whenever I need something I will look for it again here even though it is not close to home. I totally recommend it.

I have come out literally crying, I do not understand how there can still be places where I BUY closed dogs in glass boxes. Besides, I have noticed that they were all puppies ... When are not puppies that happen with these dogs? I can not understand. The stores are for JODER PRODUCTS, AN ANIMAL IS NOT THERE!

They're well stocked with whatever you need for your pet. The dogs and rodents they have on display seem to be comfortable and calm. Yes, the puppies behind the glass windows might be somewhat uncomfortable at first, but don't imagine them staying there for days on end. They're well taken care of.

Their birds seem to be distressed though. Cages fit to hold two or three birds usually hold double this amount. One budgie did nothing but consistently yell, likely due to stress. Though the cages are within regulations, it could be better.

If you need something related to your pets, this is your site, or they will advise you.

I will not go back and I do not recommend. First I went to look for feed. (I went twice). The first time I had to ask to be treated because none of the salespeople even looked at me when I entered. The second time I did not receive the answer to my "good afternoon"; I was waiting about 10 minutes for someone to see me while I watched what I plan to take. And nobody attended to me. There were two salespeople hanging around and neither of them bothered to attend to a client (me). So I left. They have the animals in fish tanks and cages, with "flower wallpaper" behind the fish tanks! Lonely and sad puppies in there as imprisoned. Some in groups, looking out with eagerness to leave. They have a lot of birds locked in mini cages. MINI CAGES! I will never go back
I went to Kiwoko, I bought the feed, they treated me very well, with kindness, customer card, I already had discounts, the boys are super friendly, and the store is beautiful! And there are no animals deprived of their freedom. You have to go where you are interested by the client.

One person has commented that they have rabbits and rodents just below the birds and are scared by the noise. The store's response to that comment is that it is not "noise" but "music". Well, I've been and it's a hell of a ruckus, as much as they say it's music, rabbits and other noise-sensitive rodents don't think it is music but rather constant and stressful noise. Please consider putting the birds and rodents in different places

The only bad thing about this store is that they sell animals and this should be banned because animals are living beings not products to market, so please stop selling animals rather put them up for adoption and have consideration with them.

I have seen that you are responding to all the bad reviews by saying that your business is legal and also using as an argument that your store has been standing for over a hundred years. I come to remind you that the fact that it is legal to sell animals does not mean that it is not morally questionable, and more so in the conditions in which you have them. Sure you meet the legal requirements, but seeing animals like that is unfortunate and you would have to rethink certain values, if you really liked animals you would not treat them as objects or goods.

Rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters badly positioned under the birds. They cannot sleep and they are surely deaf. I bought two hamsters and they were very bad socialized, they were very scared and deaf. I love the variety but the bandage of animals throws me back, which are badly cared for.

Excellent place to buy a pet. We have bought a Chihuahua and they have treated us wonderfully. All kinds of explanations and advice for our new pet. Wide variety of feed, pet supplies etc. I recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

I went to Amadeu Vidal based on recommendation to get pet supplies for my puppy and I've been amazed with the selection and degree of service.

On our first visit, my 4mo Frenchie got sick on the floor and the attendant was very understanding and non judging . He also helped me find the best chewing toys and other supplies, all with a lot of patience to explain me everything, and in English (which I really appreciate).

On our second visit, I bought a very large puppy corral that was super heavy and the owner immediately arranged for someone on his staff to walk the few blocks away with me to help me carry the corral home, at no cost.

I want to add that these guys have been in so many ways much more helpful and much friendlier than the folks at Kiwoko, where I am not to set a foot again.

Moreover, the attached Vet was also very competent, sweet and helpful.

I was going to buy food and in the end I couldn't stand inside the store seeing those animals in tiny cages. It is not because you are within the law that you are doing the right thing. They should leave it to the breeders. They have bigger cages in kennels (I say this because I volunteer in some). The 2 stars are for the great variety of food and brands they have.

I especially have a chinchilla and this is where I buy food and accessories. They have always treated me well with advice and such. They have affordable prices and a variety for exotic animals.

I have two rescue guinea pigs and this is where I always buy hay for them. It is better than the big chain stores and cheaper than amazon.
I removed one star because I don t love seeing all of the birds in little cages, but it is normal here in Spain. The animals in this shop are always clean and it is air-conditioned. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

They sell animals ... and the sale has to carry a responsibility that I believe or seem to be achieved more with an appropriate adoption to the possibilities and needs of the animals and the people who would take care of them.

I know that the sale or purchase of animals should not be encouraged, but 8 years and 7 months ago I saw my dog in that store alone and I decided to adopt her, for me it was never a purchase, I had the same right to have a home. She is a French bulldog and she is healthy, very healthy with almost 9 years and for being of this breed she has never given me typical breed problems. At least they are well cared for. Not only that, I rarely go to the store because of distance, I would say once every two years and I assure you that they always remember it with affection. The store is perfect, they have everything, they are good professionals and they know how to care for animals.

A good place for those of us who have bugs. Food, care, games, ... what our bugs want. And nice people.

Had very depressed looking puppies in tiny cages waiting to be sold. Not how dogs should be sold in my opinion

I am calling specifically to ask if between 1:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. I can go to see the animal section. I ask again, since I come from far away and they confirm that they do and that they have a lot of variety. Once I got there I find that it is cleaning time and they do not allow me to see anything.
Outrageous that calling in time to ask expressly, they make me go there for nothing.
The very kind cashier tells me that cleaning hours are always from 1.30pm to 2.30pm. They talk between them and Ainoa, who is the saleswoman who attended me, tells her partner that it is a lie. Disgusting customer service from this girl.
I am leaving since I cannot wait 45 minutes for them to finish the task.
