Had an issue with my 2011 MacBook Pro. After spending an hour and 45 minutes at a local Apple store, I was told the computer was not serviceable due to it's age. Aware of EPC I decided to stop by there. I talked with their Lead Technician who explained there was a process they could do but he was completely up front in reference to the success rate, not that it was bad he just wanted me to know there was a chance he may not be able to fix it. I had my doubts although after some consideration I decided to have EPC see what they could do. So I dropped off my MacBook on a Monday morning on Wednesday afternoon I received a call to say it was fixed. Due to the fact that Brett was up front with me and that he fixed the problem I would highly recommend Brett and EPC.
