For those posting about security , I just want everyone to know that the security officers there are on a fixed motorized patrol and forthe mmost part probably aren't trying to make people feel uncomfortable on purpose. Stay safe, everyone!

We get harassed by EPB Walden Security officers every morning that I drop my girl friend off to work at the humane educational society. Within 1 minute of pulling up front every morning, a security guard will pull by extremely slow, twice, like we're the sketchiest people in the entire world and just there to break into EPB's facilities. Twice... Every morning! I know you all recognize the car by now and there are other companies in this world besides EPB that people do work at and have to arrive at that job. Stop harassing people going to work and treating every civilian like a criminal. EPB doesn't own the road where we park in the morning directly in front of humane society to eat breakfast! Stop harassing us and allow us to eat in peace, that's not too much to ask is it? Should we even be having to request this???!!!!!

Zero stars isn t an option, but i would have picked it if i could have. Comcast is terrible... but EPB in Chattanooga is heading that way. Internet is good & pricey. Tv service is average or below. The best option they give you is with their DVR - tv recordings. Just keep in mind, when you select to record a show/program, it will only record for a set time, and not actually record the show.... we re leaving EPB for tv service.

Seems like a well-run utility with helpful employees, but we've seen more power outages/bumps that we ever experienced in California with PG&E, and that's a really low bar. I understand that this post won't help customers decide on electrical service since utilities are usually monopolies, but the fiber optics seem to go out with the electrical bumps. Its been serious enough that we and several neighbors invested in stand-by generators.

Great electrical and broadband services at reasonable prices. Their "Smart Grid" has helped bring the lights back on quickly when outages occur.
