Seems like a well-run utility with helpful employees, but we've seen more power outages/bumps that we ever experienced in California with PG&E, and that's a really low bar. I understand that this post won't help customers decide on electrical service since utilities are usually monopolies, but the fiber optics seem to go out with the electrical bumps. Its been serious enough that we and several neighbors invested in stand-by generators.
