I have seen Dr. Lynne for 22 years and she has had the same level of care, customer service, compassion, understanding, and genuine interest in her patient's wellbeing. I started seeing her because of a car wreck and once I was better, I visited once a month or so for an alignment. As I incurred trauma or just slept funny, she has always been there to fix me up.
Be prepared...you will have to get X-rays and possibly an MRI. Dr. Lynne will show you the results, explain them, answer your questions, and talk to you about your plan of therapy. She will also discuss flexible payment options.
Her support staff are always knowledgeable, caring, genuine, supportive, hardworking, fun, attentive, helpful, and understanding. Over the 22 years, there has been some turn over, as you would expect, but her staff typically stay for years. They are quick to reschedule if you have to cancel, to push your appointment back if you're caught in traffic, or to squeeze you in if you recently started hurting. There are no cancellation fees or late fees.
I am grateful to have met Dr. Lynne when I was so young because she has been a great asset in my quality of life. Many thanks to Dr. Lynne and her crew (Veronica, Carole, Kiera, and Donna...and Elsie, who has retired). You are all amazing.

The best of the best. First time I came to see Dr Lynn was in 2005. I changed jobs, I went somewhere else closer to work and I totally regret it. I cameback for some neck problems and she made them go away.
I realized that as one gets older one needs regular adjustments, even if you re ok you need to stay ok, I will be a regular patient with Dr. for life and never try any other chiropractor. Awesome staff they make you feel so welcomed and really take care of you.
I was dealing with years of chronic lower back pain. Dr. Lynne took away my fear of chiropractic care and helped my quality of life improve drastically. Degenerative discs and bulging discs were my nemesis. The unique treatment plan of adjustments and spinal decompression along with other things were perfect for me. Very accommodating to my schedule which helped keep my treatments consistent. Can t believe I didn t come here years ago. Why suffer when there s more than pain management available??? I called in and was told if I was in pain I could receive an adjustment same day. I was charged $75 for a consultation visit with 10 minutes of a tens unit therapy. Dr told me she couldn't do anything to me without X-rays. The X-rays would have to be schedule a week or two out but would only cost $25. She kept asking about my insurance and wanted to know where I worked and about my personal life. I left with same pain I came in with and didn't receive an adjustment. I was told they were allowed to charge my insurance $75 for initial consultation so it was a valid charge. This was not what I was told initially and would not have came in if was given this information in the first place. I think they scammed me and my insurance. It was a waste of my time and money. Worst Chiropractic experience I have been to in 5 different states.
the entrance was a bit weird since i wasn't sure if someone was going to greet me. you start hearing music w/ a speaker right by the wall. you have to make quick right in order to see the reception. its not like most offices. the receptionist was sweet. also, an old lady that was very welcoming and outgoing and funny. my initial conversation was in closed door with the chiropractor (Lynn) and with privacy. but after that, any new talk about my history/diagnosis/prognosis/symptoms, the dr would speak to me in public in front of other patients, which i found odd and uncomfortable. the initial test was done among other patients in a living room of some kind. again, no 1on1 privacy. Sort of like one big happy family where privacy is not a concern whatsoever. though she seemed like an experienced licensed chiropractor, her approach or strategic process is a big awkward for my undertaking. i would say its an aquired taste. i clearly saw several patients there, some in rooms in beds with some electric shock pads on their backs (which i also did as i gave some thought to her suggestion of getting xrays and MRI's done) for 10-15 mins tops, and others getting massaged by the doctor as they waited and watched the chiropractor take care of the patient..(again, this all goes back to privacy). its a bit out of norm for my taste. If other patients were able to set aside their privacy concerns and do everything publicly, then by all means. And if your ok with this approach, then more power to you. She took down my concerns in privacy, then laid me face down on this cushioned chair/bed type in front of others and did some pressure points and checked to see if i had any pain. and then advised me (again privacy issue here) in front of everyone my possible diagnosis and that i needed to get $500 worth of xrays and MRI..though i was reluctant about it, i agreed and had her set up an appointment. as well having to return to her office 3x's a week, and it would eventually decrease to 2x's, then 1, as long as their was progress in getting better. that sure seems expensive. 3x's a week (30/copay) can definitely add up. anyway, i digress..
Unfortunately i got a last minute job interview that i could not pass up and so i gave notice and i had to cancel the imaging w/ the referral. My loss/gain for the moment. But hopefully this new career path pans out. Anyway, thats my thought on this office. oh and i did pay my copay of 30 through my insurance.
Dr. Lynn and her team are wonderful. They have been welcoming fron the very 1st visit. I have received excellent care for my back. Each visit is an excellent experience.

Dr Lynne has an amazing staff! They are always so friendly and helpful. I received treatment from Dr Lynne for my shoulder after an auto accident. Not only was she able to help heal and rehab my shoulder but I was able to avoid surgery. I recommend this office, the staff and the doctor and have even had my own family see her.
Dr. Auerbach and crew are wonderful- attentive, professional, and friendly. The office and equipment are always clean; although small, the use of space is perfect so you re never crowded even when it s full. I ve been to a few different chiropractors over the years but this practice stands out for the excellent care plus family like environment. Literally everyone knows my name, like Cheers! Dr. Auerbach creates a very thorough, individualized care plan and combines therapeutic and chiropractic care for whole body treatment. I ve been a patient for years and during that time received treatment for neck pain which resolved with regular treatments and home exercises, lower back pain, and pregnancy related pain. Maintenance treatments have helped me tremendously to stay pain free and continue using good body mechanics to avoid re-injury. I was recently in a car wreck and am back in treatment but already feeling much better! I highly recommend trying Uptown Chiropractic- you won t be disappointed!

I absolutely love everyone at Uptown Chiropractor! My adjustment has been such an amazing experience, I came into Dr. Lynns office after being in a car accident with major back pain injuries and I must say that after coming here 3 times a week for almost a month now I have noticed major improvements so far.
I came to Uptown Chiropractic with lower back pain and Dr. Lynne and her staff have taken great care of me! Dr. Lynne set me up on a plan to address my pain and issues, which has worked wonderfully. Everyone in the office is caring and passionate and really make the visits something to look forward to (other than getting fixed!).
I started out getting an x-ray to identify the cause of my back pain and a plan was set up to correct the issues. Dr. Lynne had me hold off on getting an MRI to wait to see if the treatment plan addressed the issues, which I really appreciate her not having me get unnecessary tests.
