The US district court doesn't always have jurisdiction but it will try a case anyway. Instead of telling you it doesn't have jurisdiction. Then put a person in jail without having jurisdiction on the case.

I'm sitting at Jack in the box in Tacoma WA, Tacoma Mall Blvd. I received threats in 99-2000 over a drug deal rip off a kid I grew up with did named Billy Waters. I was told by Jake Martin that Billy did it back then. I knew nothing about it. I asked who's it was and was told it was Timothy Horlicks. I ran into Tim Horlick at the bar 2 weeks later and he gave me a hand shake. I grew up around most of these people so like a idiot I thought I could help. I opened my big mouth thinking I could get it back to Horlick. 2 weeks later I received threats on my home phone which I still have to this day. My father saved it because one of the initial threats was to "cut my 2 year old sons head off" These threats indicate how my life is through among shoving my head down my throat, ect. I still have them to this day. Well I called back and was threatened more by him and then his father grabbed the phone and told me to bring my car and my title over to there house. I hung up because I had nothing to do with it and moved on with my life. Shortly after Jake a I started hanging out more. Bully came this house frantic and scared. I believe that he then put it all on me because it was easier for him to do knowing now what I know. I can trace back all of the people who harass me todate to then. One day Jake and I went to work out and Nolan Gwinn was there. Him and Jake did a little Bro hand shake Hug and left. I was walking to get water and play Basketball when a strange man came to me and said "hey I know you! You're Jack Springer" I looked at him and laughed. And walked away. I moved on in my life and for what I thought odd things that were happening was just something people went through. I met a beautiful woman named Heidi Rosetta Kerrihard. She was married at the time to a Justin Kerrihard but approached me through MySpace. About one of her dogs looking like mine. She showed up at the place I worked (the Vault) which I got the job through Steven Argeris. Another person that invited themselves in my life after that time. (All have ties to Biker or Biker organizations across the United States) by way of his friend Harley Zambrotto. Heidi won't leave me alone. She asks for my number and I say ok. Then ask her doesn't her MySpace say "you're married?" She says "Not Happily" I tell her to go to counseling and this for whatever reason seemed to get her hooked.
