I called in and was told if I was in pain I could receive an adjustment same day. I was charged $75 for a consultation visit with 10 minutes of a tens unit therapy. Dr told me she couldn't do anything to me without X-rays. The X-rays would have to be schedule a week or two out but would only cost $25. She kept asking about my insurance and wanted to know where I worked and about my personal life. I left with same pain I came in with and didn't receive an adjustment. I was told they were allowed to charge my insurance $75 for initial consultation so it was a valid charge. This was not what I was told initially and would not have came in if was given this information in the first place. I think they scammed me and my insurance. It was a waste of my time and money. Worst Chiropractic experience I have been to in 5 different states.
