Enjoyed my evening there. Didn't gamble, instead went into the lounge and enjoyed the live music and some really good food.

Casino is a little out dated,rooms where below standards,buffet food was very disappointing and tasted like warmed up leftovers.

Love the Buffet, food is well prepared and tasty, unlike other buffets I've been to.

I m a truck driver and stop at casino at least twice a month but they made me feel like my money isn t good enough to come in there I understand mask r required but if ur not from New Mexico u can t go in plus I stranded in lane for and hour and got turned around smh sad

Fun and clean. Hung out at the 360 Bar. Great bartender and good prices.

It's a great place to gamble. And a great place to eat. The people where friendly.

They have a wonderful buffet food hot fresh lots of things to pick from have some made to order things and Tuesdays it 2 for 1, have great shows, gets drink services while playing your slots and a very good snack bar also awesome steak house, and great liquor bar for those who drink very courteous workers

Had a great time at bingo and the 360 bar was great as well.

Went to the buffet there it was great and had a great time with my family.

I walked all the way from the truck parking. Only to find out at the front door you have to show a NM. id or that you have quarantined. For 14 days. It's really rude that they don't place signs over by truck parking. Route 66 makes a lot of money off truck drivers. It's a shame they have so little respect for drivers. That ok because I won't be coming back!

Food was great. Service was excellent. Slots were tight. Place looks great. You will see that because I paid to have the lights stay on. Lol

The customer service in all areas is well managed and overseen. They treat their patrons as their most valuable asset. Unfortunately, they do not seem to treat employees as valuable, so most departments are perrenially understaffed, underpaid, overworked, and not trained in a consistent manner. Turn over is very high. Look at their website, there are many positions open.

My review is NOT about staying there as I haven't. I am writing to commend this hotel for canceling Kathy Griffin's scheduled performance due to her extremely distasteful and despicable and hateful action done towards our President. THANK YOU FOR TAKING A STAND IN FAVOR OF DECENCY. It has become so rare these days, and I greatly appreciate it. If I ever DO go to Alburquerque, I will definitely stay in your hotel!

I stopped in on a sunday to watch some football.....I sat at the bar and had some drinks and food....everything was wonderful!!!!....the only issue I had was the price of the drinks...

Hotel stunk, casino sucked didn't win anything didn't even let you play. lost $200 in half hour playing slots! Food sucks from snack bar got a pizza and it tasted like ketchup on a tortilla with cheese and pepperoni. I would never waste my money staying here again pool was small five people and it's packed, club is CLOSED ON FRIDAY NIGHT!!!! It's worth spending the extra money and staying at Sandia or driving up north and staying at Buffalo Thunder!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

We used to like this place but they no longer allow RVS to stay in the parking lot.
We now have a new place FIRE ROCK in Gallup.
Why not allow Rvers to choose parking lot or RV Park? We don't like parks and $50.00 a night is stupid.

The hotel service is great priced. They offer many great deals to the room and have many accommodations.

Only open to New Mexico residence all other travelers my sleep in their car or keep on going to the next town and I am unsure any hotel in New Mexico is Open to out-of-state travelers at all

Ordered a burger at the Thunderroad....burger was so dry. I couldn't even finish. Nasty. Even the desert didnt resemble the picture in the menu...never again

Nostalgic ambiance throughout. If you have a passion for the 1950s- 1970s gassers, muscle cars, motorcycles, drive-ins and diner style eats, this is a destination worth making a little time for on your way through Albequerque on the far west side on interstate 40.

I had the best time in the world everything so nice haggar employees are so courteous thank you so much.
And I highly recommend your visit at the 66 casino.

The RV park is great. Spaces are big and easy to get n and out of. Even with our 65' big rig. Pool area was a blast. Chairs and shade. The casino itself is clean and well kept. Cigarette smoke is not too bad although evident. The steak house serves big portions for the price and the food was tasty. All in all, a nice experience after being on the road for the past 5 days in the RV. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family

Casino is roomy, easy for disabled people to get around. Everyone is friendly and the buffet is excellent. The gift shop has a lot of different items. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Wanted to eat the buffet but it's still under construction

Food was tasty. Filet Minion steak was dry, though. Our waiter was excellent, on the spot & actively taking care of all his tables. Overall, a good experience. We'll be coming back.

It was a great place! The prime rib was fantastic, I was impressed with 90% of the items I tried on the buffet, and it was a fun atmosphere. Would have been 5 stars but I didn't win anything! Still a cool place!

Solid gaming experience. Ate at the steak place and really enjoyed it. Lots of interesting slot machines. Exterior is cool old neon. Clean, comfortable and fun games.

There are drunk people who go in the wrong restroom

The hotel is nice an clean rooms very nice employees an a great view from the rooms the gambling is fun but bingo it's alway the same people winning not just once two three times per session stick to the machines your got betterment chance of winning good luck

We used to like coming to Route 66 but the outside area as you walk in is so filthy. They really need to take a little more pride in the appearance.

A bit too smokey for my taste. Could definatly improve the ventilation. The theatre is very comfortable and the acoustics are great. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. We didn't gamble, so not to sure how the variety of gaming compares to other casinos.

Craps Dealers not so friendly during slow time but snack bar and bar tender are. Plenty of parking for all vehicles. Have RV lot too. Casino big.

Horrible. Too many tweekers taking up seats, and not play, just sitting watching their friend play. A but discouraging especially when you have to drive that far.

Too many poker machines with deal buttons that don t work!

The rooms are okay there just simple but i dont agree with the casino machines are hard to win food wise is okay ... but what i can say is twin arrows casino is the best resort i have ever stayed at had lots of fun 10 stars for twin arrows resort and casino...

Saw Chris Angel, show was absolutely awesome! Hate that they still allow smoking in this casino. Won't be my go to due to the smoke.

The new buffet is a tremendous improvement. The quality and variety of food is very good. The Mongolian grill is great.

great casino go there often for work and is always a decent place for meetings. Rooms are great and casino is good but not my favorite in town. If you like table games they don't have a ton to offer. Most of the options here are slots. Food here is ok but not spectacular.

Food was good but everything is to spread out from one station to the other for a person like me with disabilities in walking it's to frustrating. ..they should of planned out the design better.

Route 66 is a good place a little too far but have better slots then sandia
