The customer service in all areas is well managed ...

The customer service in all areas is well managed and overseen. They treat their patrons as their most valuable asset. Unfortunately, they do not seem to treat employees as valuable, so most departments are perrenially understaffed, underpaid, overworked, and not trained in a consistent manner. Turn over is very high. Look at their website, there are many positions open.
