Beautiful Casino i loved how clean and well cared for and the gift of freeplay made it worth the drive. Even thou i didn't win i had fun and enjoyed my yummy comp food.

Great hotel for my family. Clean, modern rooms. Polite staff. We would definitely stay there again.

I went to the buffet on Monday and it was really good including the staff they all were super friendly

Planned on spending the night and walked into a wall of smoke. In 2019, smoking throughout your beautiful hotel?, you've got to be kidding!!!. What a shame. We took our 10 month old child and chose to stay elsewhere.

I had a really good time at the casino, where we came to play and have fun. I have not stayed at the hotel yet. We went in and walked around to get familiar with the layout. They have some really cool machines. We played for about three hours. I would win small amounts, cash out and play some more. However, by the end of the three hours, I broke even -- not a win, not a loss. I had a really good time with my son and daughter in law, basically for free. I'll come back one more time just to give it a fair try at winning big .

Nice place. Bartenders are friendly and pretty, to enjoy a beer and talk to them.

Stayed at the RV park, very very clean (facility, sites, rec room, restrooms and showers), friendly staff, level paved sites, hookups and pull-through spots available. 24/7 service, including a complimentary shuttle to go to and from the casino where food is available. Great stop on our cross country journey.

The place is going downhill. Literally. The restaurant appears to have a hole or something the middle of the restaurant that's causing everything to lean. The employees are rude and do not make me feel welcome. They want my money yet they don't provide the courtesy.

They got the best RV Park that any casino I've been and we want some money in the casino

Great place to visit and have a little fun. They got kids quest for the kiddos to have fun while you do your thing. The buffet is great! Rooms are nice and clean. The concerts are great as well.

I never really experienced anything bad there. Great service! Friendly people! Awesome security! Friendly staff too!

Went for the buffet and was so pleased. Thursdays and Fridays are seafood night. That means all you can eat crab, shrimp, even sushi. It's quite pricy at $25 bucks per customer, but not oh boy you get your money's worth after a few plates of crab, steamed clams, cocktail shrimp and all the desserts you could possibly desire.

The buffet was the best I have ever eaten at with 5+ cuisine choices in cafe style vs the traditional line of food.

Loved it! This is my 2nd time. They have kid quest at the casino which is heaven for those of us who want to be with our husbands and we all enjoyed our stay. From the children to the adults. It's a great place to actually stay and play! Food was great, prices were awesome. Highly highly recommend

A little bit of a drive but lists of new machines makes the trip worth it.

If you live in albuquerque it's a good little drive up west but it's well worth for me 9 out 10 times very good games out there always have something new which you can appreciate when you tired of the same.old games they don't have their buffet open yet but they have a snack bar that makes some great chicken tenders haven't tried other thing on the menu but everything i saw being served looked good too they have a bar area which allows smoking which is nice everywhere else you have to go outside which can be a hassle and not even worth it wish they brought back smoking inside and.non smoking area i think they should but thats me personal opinion!

Old style casino but it was very clean. Had some good pub food in the tavern, nice concert venue. DONT Uber out here and expect to find a ride home late, we almost got stranded out here.

Fun way to blow money they should watch out more for beggars bugging people

Sure thing is the cowboy buffet Friday and Saturday nights are bests. You will enjoy it good food good service and so delicious. You walk out a winner and a full belly. Stay away from the casino you have better odds playing a vacuum cleaner than those slots. House always win there and I never see any winners been going there for years and rather keep my money now but love that buffet. Good job you savages

I don't do casinos much so my review is based on getting some food and dropping $10 on Christmas day. Didnt wanna pay for the buffet and all other restaurants were closed other than Johnny Rockets (which has it's own review). The casino part was fun but didn't give me much of a vibe of being in the era of 1950's mother road. Also people were smoking in the non smoking area which I don't think mattered much since there was no real physical separation between the two. It is what it is.

Truck drivers are not allowed here, this is discrimination because we travel out side of this state

Always like to go and play at Route 66. Rooms are always clean and Staff usually smile, usually but still worth a 5 star. I like that when you walk in its different then most casinos, very nice flooring and newer machines, they also have some older machines which is nice for memorys haha.

Most slots pay 80% of the time. The buffet was newly renovated. It had a decent assortment of cuisines however the food appeared dry and not very hot. I'm not sure about the rooms and service

Staffs are awful, rude to customers and have no idea what the customer service is. No chance to visit here again.

U just loose too much money n they don't pay back I won't go there

During this COVID 19 epidemic this facility has significantly decreased in ease and enjoyment. On a good day there's always at least 70 people in front of you in a long line to get in from the back of the establishment. The front entrance is closed and it's hard to get out to your vehicle when leaving. If you like to walk long walks, wait in long lines, stand for long periods of time, and spend the gas to go there, my hat is off to you and I hope you win something for the effort.
I will not go again until the situation improves and the epidemic is under control and safe. With the situation that we are currently in, it's just not practical to gamble right now. I really didn't like going because I knew it was the wrong thing to do in times such as these and I lost money as usual. I will go back when its safe for everyone.

WENT TO NEW SPORTS BAR THAT JUST OPENED. WAS NOT HAPPY WITH FOOD ORDERED. I ORDERED THE BAT PRETZELS WITH CHEESE. FIRST OFF ONLY 3 COME WITH ORDER WHICH IS HARD WHEN YOU ARE THERE WITH ANOTHER PERSON. THEN NO SALT ON PRETZELS WHICH I REALLY FEEL THEY NEED BADLY. THEN THE CHEESE CAME AND WAS NOT MELTED AND WAS BARELY WARM. WE ALSO ORDERED WINGS THE SIZE WAS GOOD BUT JUST A REAL BLAND TASTE WE DID ORDER TWO DIFFRENT FLAVORS. BEER WAS COLD STAFF WAS NICE AND ATTENTIVE. PRESENTATION OF FOOD WAS GOOD JUST WISH BETTER FLAVOR

Disapointed with the service! Asked the cleaning person for more coffee and towels since she was next to our room, she denied our request. July 18th I left the building to the parking lot to retrieve my phone! Upon return the security guard denied me entry because I didn't have a VIP Pass! He demanded that I go to the entrance on the opposite side of the building! I showed him my room key and told him that I was a paying guest of the hotel, he demanded that I go around to the opposite entrance! Requested coffee at the drink window & was told that they only served soft drinks! Their so called clean team was sparse, I saw them twice in two days! I suggest you find an alternative place to relax and gamble!!! We had planned to stay the 19th but decided to leave at 8:30 am turned in our room keys and told the desk clerk of our complaint, she said she was sorry but didn't even file a complaint form.

Good place to stop. Get a player's card and get big discount on the buffet.

The food was amazing. Never been to a buffet where they have Magolian and they cook it up for you... I left so full... I thought I was going to have to be rolled out lol
