Horrible service. Three no shows to appointments. Two months now of being ignored.
Horrible safety handling fiber optic cables. Technicians and tech managers are being pushed for efficiency, therefore safety is compromised BIG times. Seen so many scenarios when previous techs have left customer's premises unclean after installing fiber optic services. And fiber optic cable being super dangerous when in enters blood stream or being digested it can lead to a heart attack or/and cancer. Tried to spread the word about that. But no one cares specially at the higher departments, everyone only cares about themselves. Been working as a fiber tech for BTS for over a year.

Been trying for two months to get them to fix the damage their tech unnecessarily caused. TWO MONTHS. Three no shows for booked appointments and several expected calls that never happened. Horrible service. Bell is a pariah in this household.
