I have worked with Elite HR Logistics for the past nine years and continuing to this day forward this is the only agency I utilize. This company is extremely professional and very attentive to my needs as a driver. I can work as much or as little as I d like by choosing full-time or part-time work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a better opportunity or just to supplement your income.

Excellent pay especially during the pandemic
There is inclusivity, always opportunities for advancement in the company. So many coworkers just ma I ve met some of the best people working for this company. It is always busy in the stores so this is for people who want to stay busy. Offers great pay starting out with benefits and you can also grow with the company; you surround yourself with positive coworkers.
Came in for an interview and they couldn't even give me a follow up call. Most staffing agencies are truly a waste of time in my opinion, and they should have Skype interviews, rather than wasting people's time asking them to stop by for an interview. Their location is a house in midtown/downtown Sacramento, which is actually pretty ghetto for a business, considering they can't even lease an office space. Also, Katie is very rude!

Love this job I find nothing bad about working here. I will recommended this company to anyone looking for a job. The hardest part of the job is sometimes the long hours but the benefits are great.

I'm beyond impressed with this company. I contacted Nichole on Monday evening, went in for an interview on Wednesday and today, Friday, my start date has been confirmed.
The interview process was a bit different from what I was accustomed to. The interview, any required assessments, and drug test was done all on Wednesday. In my opinion, this is what made this whole experience a lot smoother! Other companies drag out that process over one or two weeks and that gets annoying when you're eager to start a new career path.
Overall, I would recommend this company to any friends/family looking for employment.

I've only had one interview with Elite HR Logistics but what a refreshing and affirming experience.It's been 10 years since I last looked for employment and the most striking change I've seen is the lack of respect for job seekers. There are very, very few recruiters who make personal contact, take time, learn about the candidate and show an interest. Elite HR does all of that with a friendly and even more importantly, a really smart staff who see you as a person, not just piece of meat.

Very nice ladies on the phone. Kinda slow on the followup. Not enough work for their employees but they sometimes throw in treats on payday.

An impressive staff of high dedication to your job seeking goals. They have a great deal of intuition and work tirelessly to pairing you with a job or career you would best fit. The jobs aren't always permanent, so don't take it personally if you don't get hired somewhere permanently, just stick to it, don't be too picky, and be dedicated. Although they can find you work in many areas, they focus more on trucking, and If you're looking to changing careers into trucking, they may not be the go-to place for that. If you're an experienced driver, they can help you no doubt.
