This review covers a long period since I went through the Entourage program originally when I was a minority partner in a start-up. It was a big call to do so given I wasn t in the driving seat but I knew I wanted to have my own business one day. Having moved on from that business I started my own and applied what the Entourage had taught me through the program. We achieved over $3m rev in 2.5 years and have bedded down our systems and processes to effectively deliver our services. It hasn t been smooth at all (as expected) but the mentorship of Jack and his team through the program has been a key enabler in making it happen. They continue to be an ongoing resource for us and I can t thank them enough.

Think twice before spending your money. Inadequate customer service. Joined the Elevate program in 2019. Our initial meeting the business coach didn't turn up to. Didn't bode well. But we were gracious because it could happen to anyone, and we were keen to get help with growing our business. That aside, the business coaches of which we had two in the end, simply did not have the right experience to help us with useful business advice. The team of experts, which you access beyond the coaches, was actually very hard to contact. Sometimes you would wait weeks to get in touch with them. Then there were the online resources - poorly filmed, and the speakers pretty average. The downside is that these are based on live events, and so are 1-2 days long. It's an incredibly slow way to consume information - there are weeks and weeks to watch. I asked if there were transcripts, but no. The main reason we wanted to enter this program was to develop a roadmap for our business (this is what we were sold). The roadmap was no more than a to-do list. It had nothing to do with real business growth or coaching (I have done other programs before that were better). The whole organisation feels chaotic and disorganised. They don't even have someone answering phones at their main office - this is on purpose, I was told it was company policy - they just leave a machine and get back to you when they feel like it. You can ring your coach but inevitably they're on the phone to someone else. Even things like answering emails takes days. I twice requested in-writing acknowledgement that they had received notification that we were concluding our membership and never received that common courtesy. Then they cut off all access to their programs, and removed us from the course facebook page, even though we still had a number of weeks remaining that we had paid for. I asked about either getting a refund or reactivating access, but still no response at the time of writing. That amounts to not providing services that have been paid for.
I am extremely disappointed and stressed out as I was falsely sold to by this company and after only two weeks of starting there program and getting into it, seeing that it was not at all what it was sold to me to be, I asked for no refund simply to end the contract. I have had the run around ever since telling me canceling is simply not an option.
The way that the program was sold to me, was extremely unethical having one of there sales team come direct to me for a service after explicitly telling them that this was not for me nor could we afford it.
After she came to me for a treatment direct she bashed the work we had been doing telling me she could do it better herself, and that by being on the "team" i would have so much access to help and resources, in turn saving me money.
Once i started the program i quickly found out that it was not going to save me time or money, BUT quiet the opposite, it has added extra stress to my life, extra work and a lot more outgoing expenses that is going to cripple myself and my family.
I just want out of the contract and refund for the last month due to not using the platform from understanding it is not what i was told it would be. Very deceptive and dishonest, all the opposites to how I live my life and do business. Be warned if you are concerning make sure its the right decision for you and your business.
Muppets! Very few coaches that have never ran a successful business before giving you ordinary advice and relying heavily on your networking skills with other students. Their churn in staff is quite high at their office and it reflects in the young inexperiend coaches they assign you to.(their own staff know this to be true). Inadequate ratio of members to staff reflects on the lack of all phone enquiries when you call them. "Send us an email" they say, but they won't pick up the phone and call you for a prompt reminder that your renewal is expiring soon, however they are proud to debit $833 a month even though I'd paid in full 12mths prior. It's a lame excuse to deflect back to "its in your contract, read our T&C's". UnAustralian and unethical practice i say to take money from a students accounts you havent taken in over 12 months, and to deflect back to "our legal team advised us that we are within our rights" doesn't sit well with me.
Since joining The Entourage a little over 6 months ago my team has doubled in size, and I'm on track for significant revenue growth this FY. The community is a huge highlight for me as I've been able to connect with people who play at a higher level and understand the joys and challenges of being a business owner. Hands down the best business decision I've ever made.
What I have learned so far has huge implications in my business. I like the organised and tech saavy crew at Entourage and they really know what they are talking about.
Not the same person anymore. Valuable insight into the business world for all walks of life and capabilities. Freedom to put food on the table by now being able to tap into using my own imagination and skill. Thank-you to the Team at the Entourage...They have the right kind of Formula.

Compared to my experience at various universities, the quality of the Diploma of Business training materials are miles ahead here, full of current examples, practical skills and the type of support you need when building the framework of your business idea. The seminars they hold were very useful and informative, and offered bits of information I continue to use in real life.
My university experience at 3 different campuses on the other hand, offered very little support, was completely theoretical, unstructured, and irrelevant to the problems I was facing on a day to day basis.
Having returned to university after completing the business diploma at the Entourage, I really miss the teaching style, high quality LMS, and highly relevant training materials.
If the Entourage offered a Bachelor's degree course, I would sign up without any hesitation.

After trying to speak with The Entourage Directly for over 18 months I unfortunately have to take to social media to try and be heard: I have signed up for a course but I've been ripped out and now I cant get my money back.
1. I paid a deposit of $1,800 to join the course 2. start date came and went with no contact 3. I called the business over 8 times and was told "some one would call back to me" 4. Now 18+ months after I paid to start the course, I just want my money back and no one will return my call or get on to me, I've tried text, e-mail, facebook DM the company...
