After trying to speak with The Entourage Directly ...

After trying to speak with The Entourage Directly for over 18 months I unfortunately have to take to social media to try and be heard:
I have signed up for a course but I've been ripped out and now I cant get my money back.

1. I paid a deposit of $1,800 to join the course
2. start date came and went with no contact
3. I called the business over 8 times and was told "some one would call back to me"
4. Now 18+ months after I paid to start the course, I just want my money back and no one will return my call or get on to me, I've tried text, e-mail, facebook DM the company...

HELP!
