Easy and quick pick up and return. But major issue...

Easy and quick pick up and return. But major issues with damage claims. Did a walk through pointing out blemishes prior to driving off with the car and apparently it didn t get written down, so now we are being pinned for the damage. The damage wasn t even mentioned when we returned it - presumably because we had that pointed out prior. It wasn t until later that evening we got a voicemail stating the issue - voicemail didn t have a call back number or the name of the person who reached out to us. Called enterprise back, well a 24/7 enterprise was supposedly closed when we called. Sent 2 emails over the last 2 weeks with no response, multiple phone calls and getting transferred through many departments and couldn t ever get in contact with the enterprise location we worked with. More frustrated with their poor customer service and response over the blemishes. Lesson learned, don t trust them when they ask you to point out blemishes on the car, take your own pictures and video with a time stamp for proof.
