Nice view, unfortunately the signs are not so good.
Good views but won't be rushing back there, just something that needs to be ticked off the list
A unique place is quiet with a breathtaking view, with sociable people ...
You should have driven this road once. Wonderful views and a crazy street.
Great experience, even as a driver of a 6m car that does not want in the last turn.
What to say? The highest pass in Europe always has its charm. It seems to live in a place outside time and space. For two-wheel enthusiasts a paradise but also for a family outing is a choice not to be underestimated.
Immersed in nature you can meet ibexes, foxes, deer and bearded vultures, a walk suitable for everyone up to the houses of Campo ... great summer jeap service that leads up to the Pastori hut where you then continue on foot to the V refuge / Alpini
Beautiful view and above all beautiful walk. With small children it was not too tiring.
Well marked trails and fantastic panoramas. The Stelvio National Park is truly an Italian pearl!
Do it if you have the right vehicle and the right handle. It rises to more than 2600 meters, with areas without large lateral protections between increasingly narrow hairpins. Among the most beautiful roads in the world but to be treated with respect. Caution.
For a mountain and animal lover, this national park is a true paradise! For days you can hike through a beautiful mountain country. Very varied with its pastures and high mountain peaks!
Defined by top Gear The most beautiful road in the world. The scenery is breathtaking and you are surprised when on a September day you leave Bormio in a shirt with a warm sun and gradually start leaving the road behind you see the vegetation change first the woods, then the shrubs, the mosses and at the end naked rock, turn the round you are immersed in the vapor of a cloud and not yet surprised see the snow popping up. What a wonderful experience. Beautiful cows you meet in the various Masi going up. You have a feeling of peace. In the end, however, I also found the time to unleash the horses of my "Pupa" .....
In mtb it is hard but very satisfying, too bad the smoke from the exhausts of the cars but above all that of the motorcycles, you feel that it is much more polluting than the cars.
Nice place the climb is not easy many bends 35 from the Lombard side and 48 from the Trentino ... at least once and to see recommended
A beautiful spot made by God. Beautiful mountains to over 3000m, great hiking trails, great huts and mountain pastures, mountain hikes, high alpine trails, summer and winter, the Stelvio Pass, the Ortler, partly untouched nature, etc. ... you have to see
Simply fantastic. If possible, drive along the highway 38. There are truly amazing views. The highest pass in Italy and second in Europe is adjacent to Switzerland. Going up to the Tibet hut the show is embarrassing. You can also take the cable cars that take up to 3450 meters to the glacier, half of skiers and photographers
Wherever you turn you are surrounded by nature, breathtaking views, a mountain with a capital M. Trails perfectly signposted, and maintenance. The only negative note, August is very full of people, in such beautiful places the opposite would surprise me.
Wide panoramic views large spaces there was even snow then malga monte sole great place great food
Amazing!! Even for just a tour by car. Highly recommended
Beauty, great skiing though just poma. Skiing is possible until 1 pm. Then there is heavy snow.
Starting from the malga Mare we took a walk of about 4 hours, beautiful landscapes. We also met some alpine chamois.
Beautiful park ... Beautiful views .... Excellent organization. Feelings are well cared for and their description is very reliable. For almost all paths there is the possibility of going by jeep, very useful for those who walk little or for children
Beautiful nature, very diverse and with a little luck chamois and ibex in your path.
A beautiful area for walking, cycling and enjoying nature.
Magnificent region, hiking, relaxation, spa, sports, culture and much more.
A wonderful place ... and in winter a paradise for skiers ... especially Italian Solda.
It is difficult to tell the beauty of a park like that of the Stelvio.
Its mountains its animals the peace that you live up there.
It is really a beautiful National Park, full of trails and animals. The soil is pleasant underfoot, quite smooth and covered with larch needles is soft and compact.
Those who want to enjoy the unspoilt nature can walk here for days.
A paradise with open eyes, a perfect balance between earth and sky in a fabulous mountain paradise.
For the relationship with nature so bursting it gives you new energy I have not taken pictures because for me it is customary to come back as soon as I can the next I'll post them
Amazing area with beautiful mountains, passes and roads, turquoise lakes, glaciera and remote areas with beautiful hikes.
In the Stelvio pass there are a couple of slopes for summer skiing which is cool.
G
Because after a long and tiring climb, when you get to the top you can relax enjoying those amazing views.
Too bad for the weather the beautiful pass rises from the Val Venosta, going down to Valtellina towards Bormio a little less
Beautiful place, accessible both by car and motorbike. There are several dining options where you can stop. I have been there twice and always in the summer because I love hiking, but I have seen that it has several ski facilities so for those who love skiing it is also beautiful in winter. There are many paths to visit on foot of various walking intensities. Flora and fauna are very beautiful and the landscape is breathtaking.
Wonderful place located in one of the most beautiful and important scenery in Italy !!
Nature and excellent routes but site management and organization pro Customers / hikers, compared to other valleys of Trentino can be improved.
One of the most fascinating and exciting places in the park. Seen from the top of Mount Scale they give the sense of human greatness if integrated with that of nature. In the high valley only the Forni glacier or that of the Piazzi peak competes in beauty
Absolutely fantastic views.road is extremely busy with cyclist, motorbikes and cars but we'll worth a visit
Lovely place, it was hard but it was worth it ..... always wear comfortable shoes because descents and climbs there are at will ...... experience that I will definitely redo
Try to get to the Gavia pass along like ancient travelers the valley of Messi slowly ...
First with a stop at the Osteria Pietra Rossa ... then following the noisy waters of Frigidolfo scramble through meadows and fragrant larch, among blooming rhododendron and alpine brown cows grazing dangling with their cowbells to Valmalza shelter where it is impossible not enjoy camune delicacies as a reward for so much tiring steepness. But if you are really good, nothing will stop you from continuing to the Linge bivouac to spend a night watching the stars without pollution. The morning will wake up with spectacular mountain goats at the door. Find the energy, go towards the pass discovering here and there the hermit coppelle dug by the ancient camunni on the rocks of celebratory sites ....
It is a paradise all the park from the lakes of cancano to the Stelvio pass ecc.ecc.
Very beautifull. A fantastic emotion of absolute freedom. If you have free days, you should definitely go to the stelvio national park
The route is incredible, all the hairpin turns to reach the snow in the middle of summer, a marvel
We rode a bike, Stilfserjoch - Umbrail. Always worth a tour. Many curves and bends in wonderful alpine scenery.
Awesome one of the best driving roads in the world :-D
THE STELVIO PARK IS A BEAUTIFUL PARK THERE IS SO MUCH GREEN THERE ARE MANY TREES MANY PLANTS SO MANY ANIMALS SO MUCH SILENCE YOU FEEL IN PEACE WITH YOURSELF IT IS BEAUTIFUL THAT THERE ARE PARKS THERE AND THEN IT IS FREE THAT YOU ARRIVE IN THE PARK PARK
A place where simply walking through it you fly into the sky ...
My expectations were fulfilled 100% to all motorcyclists ;-)
Just be nice and when you have a special ba bike what more do you want if you are close to this place
Nature in all its splendor, magnificent forests and wild animals
Stunning in every way. Imposing landscape with switchbacks catching the eye and giving scale.
Incredible panorama. I suggest to climb from Trentino and descend towards Bormio. Absolutely to do, the glacier is impressive and wonderful.
It's wonderful that you can ski almost all year round. The densely built-up place can hardly be described as beautiful.
